In the entrepreneur world, we all want to have our name, business or brand show up in the top 10 spots on Google. We want to dominate the conversation in our areas of expertise. In this video, marketing expert Russell Brunson gives you his strategy so that you can reach your audience across every social platform. To reach your audience across every platform, it is pivotal to realize that the people you want to reach all have preferences on the types of social platforms that they prefer to use. There isn’t a lot of crossover and you have to find what content your audience is consuming. There is surprisingly very little crossover and there has to be a strategy behind your content.

Conversation Domination

[Russell] Hey everyone this is Russell Brunson I wanna welcome you to Marketing Secrets. Today’s show is about Conversation Domination. So there was a guy, named Howie Schwartz, when I first got started, he was big online and he had a course called Conversation Domination and it was about getting in Google and if you say typed your name into Google, all 10 spots would be you, you would dominate the conversation, right? You open up any platform, and I’m dominating the conversation. I am in your podcast feed, I am in your YouTube feed, I’m in your blog RSS feed, I wanna dominate conversation on every single platform. I think I know now why. I always wondered why nobody else is doing this, outside of Gary Vaynerchuk in our market. My business is built off email, right? So we build a big email list, we’ve had over a million entrepreneurs who’ve been on that list. I assumed, okay, I’m gonna launch in Instagram, I’ll send an email, and all of a sudden, I’ll have a million people on Instagram. I’m going to go with my blog, I’ll push them there, a million people on my blog, but with the reality, what I found is its not true. Think about this for yourself, how do you like to consume content? What’s your platform? Because everyone’s got one or two that’s their favorite. Do you like reading blogs? Maybe you’re a blog reader. Or do you like listening to podcasts? Maybe you’re a podcast person. Or do you like watching videos on YouTube, or do you check your email? What’s your platform of choice? And I thought that everyone’s on every platform, but I don’t think that’s the case. There’s a small percentage that are.

People that listen to podcasts, like to listen to podcasts.

But even if we take our Facebook list, and we write it next to our email list, and look at those side by side, our Facebook and email list, the crossover in the middle is shockingly small. We have to realize that people that read blogs, like to read blogs. People that listen to podcasts, like to listen to podcasts. That make sense? People that watch YouTube videos, they like watching YouTube videos. Think about this like, if I want people to read my blog, I don’t need to go become really good at Facebook ads to get people on my blog, you can, there’s crossover, but if I want to launch my blog in successful, who are the other people that have successful blogs that my people are already reading, that my dream clients are already reading? So I need to find those people, and get them, pay them, or partner with them, or whatever, to get them to write a blog article about me, because blog people like to read blogs, right? So if I’m reading a blog and I read a blog about someone and I go to their blog, someone’s blog needs to promote my blog. Someone’s podcast needs to promote my podcast. Somebody’s YouTube channel needs to promote my YouTube channel. If you hear me on podcast, you’ll notice here, You don’t know me, I do podcasts. “So where can we get to know more about you, Russell?” “Go to russellbrunson.com. “There’s a bunch of stuff there.” No, if I’m in a podcast, I’ll be like, “Hey if you liked listening to the podcast, “go to marketingsecrets.com. “There’s my podcast, you can subscribe.” It’s awesome, ’cause podcast people listen to podcasts. Understanding that, and again there will be a little bit of crossover, but the majority of your blog readers will come form other blogs, because blog readers read blogs.

If you wanna have Conversation Domination, the key to that is to dream 100

The majority of YouTube subscribers come from other YouTube channels, because YouTube people watch YouTube. I’d never watched a YouTube video up until 3 months ago when we launched our youtube channel. To be completely honest, I didn’t understand, and it’s so foreign to me. I get there and now I’m in this world, I’m like, okay, there’s a lot of cool stuff happening here. And people that like YouTube, they’re on YouTube all day long, all the time. People who are on Facebook, If you wanna have Conversation Domination, the key to that is to dream 100. Going back, dream 100 people, and then getting people who are bloggers to read your blog. Last night as I was recording my new podcast, I realized why most of us get scared when we’re about to publish something we really, really care about.

what’s up everybody this russell brunson and welcome to the marketing secrets podcast today i want to share with you a message about the fact that i finally I think can understand have some of you guys fill so the big question is this power onto Brewers like us who didn’t cheat and take on venture capital we’re spending money from our own pockets probably mark it in a way the lets us get our products and our services and the things that you believe in out to the world and yet still remain profitable that is the question in this podcast we’ll give you the answers my name is Russell Brunson and welcome to marketing secrets alright everybody so I’m excited heading into the office today for a lot of fun we’re gonna be working on getting mother fun alive finally a bunch of other amazing stuff so I’m really excited but I had I had an epiphany this morning and I need to share with you guys because I think I finally understand how some people feel so I have been publishing for a long time right I started my internet marketing business probably fifteen some odd years ago now and at the time I have published a bajillion podcasts and videos and tells seminars and webinars and summits and events and all sorts stuff right and so for me I like I think I lost my empathy for people who struggle when it’s like publishing stuff I might just do it just go out there just do it just push the record and talk and blah blah blah right like because that’s right but but I do it I forgot like I forgot what it’s like to go through the vulnerability and the fear and the stress and all the things that come with with putting your message out there and what’s been fun as some of you guys know recently I launched another podcast and it’s something different I’ve ever done before it’s not related to marketing or sales or business or any of that it’s related to my religion to my faith into my beliefs and it’s funny because I was like oh this is gonna be this is gonna be really fun and really easy I’m just gonna go and just start just click record and start talking right I went at night I started to do it and it was way different so the podcast as those who don’t notice it would say Book of Mormon challenge calm and so I recorded the first two episodes and probably nine or so months ago and then they sat there because I was here like nervous to put him out there and I like anyway and then the third one was easier that we came out faster than the fourth one which I recorded yesterday I literally spent and a long time I spent two almost three weeks like preparing for it and getting nervous writing out line and rewriting and writing the stories up and rewriting them like and I was like man why am I so nervous about it’s like I was so nervous it took me almost three weeks to publish it and then last night finally I was like I’m so Sunday so I good spiritual experience all day and I was like okay I’m in that I’m in the zone I’m gonna do it if I spend another two or three hours like working on the podcast outline an interview and getting out all the things put together and then I started recording at about 11:15 at night I started recording it and and I was 47 minutes into the recording and I was just like I don’t like this I hate every word I’ve said I don’t like how I said it I don’t like all these things so I stopped it deleted it and I was like oh I was 47 minutes was now is now after midnight I’m like all tired and mic but I I need to redo it cuz I think I feel like now I understand the story’s better than I did it so I kept record again I spent nother hour over an hour recording the next podcast episode and then I sent to my brother to go and edit and get it all ready to go to the live and then like all morning long I’m a second guessing like oh my gosh dude again I told that story wrong I really have you know the like all these things right like Oh at the ending when I did this I don’t like I did it in like and then also this morning I was like I bet you this is how other people feel maybe the reason why I’m doing is exercise amongst other reasons was to get empathy for people working with when you’re nervous you’re scared about publishing and it’s just interesting so I wanted to share this because first off I feel like I’m empathy now for a lot of you guys for the first time in a decade so hopefully that’s good right yeah I get it now I get the fear and the nervousness it goes behind putting yourself out there especially with something you love and you believe about and you care about and you want other people to to UM to listen and to be put into um and you really honestly want to serve people right I I totally completely understand that especially especially now so I guess my message for you guys today is it’s kind of twofold there’s number one I have empathy for you understand the fear of putting yourself out there and number two I’m publishing that episode today I wanted that company and tweak it jjan no I’m just gonna put it out there because good enough is good enough right a lot of us never get started because we’re so nervous about it not being good enough and I’m the problem with that is then we never get started and the the goal of what we do as authors and speakers as coaches as experts is whatever you want to call yourself somebody’s trying to change the world in your own little way is to get things out there and one thing I know for sure is by not posting and not putting it out there it’s not gonna change anyone’s life that’s the one thing I’m positive of by putting it out there it has the ability at least to affect somebody maybe it was as good or thought out or as you know whatever whatever might be but it’s important to get out there because that’s the only way you can actually touch and affect and help and serve somebody else and that’s the whole reason behind what we do and why we do what we do right and so hopefully this gives you encouragement to know that even Russell gets scared sometimes and even Russell second-guesses themselves and gets nervous but when all comes down to it you just kind of click publish just put it out there so hopefully that gives some inspiration to somebody out there who’s who’s nervous today and hopefully it gives you the permission to do it so there you go you know how permission to do it just go and do it just click record on the podcast or on the video or on the blog click post or whatever the thing is that you’re doing to publish your message just go out there and just push it just push the button there how imperfect it seems no matter how many flaws you see you know how many things you know you could have done it better no matter whatever that is it’s just time to put it out there and just let the world have what you got and you have full via the full ability to rerecord it in the future I’m on podcast episode now probably I don’t know five or six hundred I have no idea and I’ve probably shared the same message multiple times over the last five or six years I’ve done this and hopefully something gets better and it’s okay to republish the same thing later with your new lens of understanding and and what you’ve gained in the in the process of growing and learning so there you go you guys today’s the day go click publish make it go live you if you’re scared to death you hate even if whatever just push it live and I promise you the worst case scenarios that changes someone’s life best case scenario it has a huge impact and I guess I say the worst case scenario nobody sees it and best case pizzas and some crystal root beer and heading back to go have dinner with my kids and just some time my brain a head stop and give you guys some marketing secrets so the big question is this power on everybody so this marketing secret I don’t even know I don’t you know what this is kind of a little mini rant it’s not a big rant but it’s like a I feel bad for people who stopped learning if you stop learning so if okay yeah I try to like tell you guys a story that like telling on the people who are missing everything so I don’t know okay so I’m building clickfunnels right so I thought Billy clickfunnels I’m looking around I’m like okay who out there is doing what I want to do right so I find those people I look what they’re doing I study them my funnel hack and I look deep a decal I buy their books and listen their podcast I like go to their events I like buy everything that they’ve got I am like hooked to every possible communication channel they have so things are going on I’m watching studying learning growing tweaking adjusting based on that right and I’m watching it over and over and over and over you right and not just like people direct competitors with me but I people that are that are selling sad like I’m a SAS software company owner right and I’m also a book selling person and I’m doing webinars and courses so anybody’s doing any variation that I’m connected to all of these things right and so I am constantly like my all thing I is watching what every single person is doing okay and I’m learning I’m learning I’m learning I’m trying tweaking to learn you know and then I’m also like as I’m learning it I’m testing it inside my inner circle and inside now – come on Club expert program I’m I’m testing it on all these are the people because I’m like okay I see how they’re doing it I’m gonna try see if it works and I’m like I want to test this stuff on other people and other businesses on the industry see if it also works there as well and then and then so that they’re all going out and doing it and then they’re finding out their tweaks to tweet and they’re coming back to me you’re like Oh Russell I made this week made this change I’m like oh and I’m learning stuff and like it’s this constant like I don’t know the circle of learning right and so I have some really close friends this isn’t one specific thing I’m thinking of two different people right now who’ve been in this game for a long time as long as me if not longer and and it’s not swampers they they’re groups of people right so first group of people like they have been they they’re amazing marketers I’ve learned so much from them so much so much so much okay but in the last like three or four years for some reason that they took their foot off the brake or something or off the gas I don’t know and then they went and they’re trying to launch like a competing software company which is totally cool I love competition more than anybody right and so I’m like freaking out so I’m like hey for the last three years I published every single thought I’ve had about how we grow clickfunnels from zero to hundred million dollars how are 62,000 active customer is that how we did like like I haven’t really I’m not very good at keeping secrets somebody asked me the other day like and also you keep a secret I’m like no I’m the worst secret keeper ever every brain fart I get turns into a podcast like right now right every idea that’s a secret right into a book I’ve got like eight books they’re all something secrets like I don’t I don’t I won’t keep a secret like honestly if you tell me something it’ll be on a podcast eventually so just don’t tell me something the secret right so everything does out there so I I’m kind of nervous like oh man these guys who were amazing marketers already are gonna come out there and be like and I don’t know you would have thought over the last three years they’ve been listening to me as I laid the blueprint for everything that we did and then they would have modeled but instead of it like it’s basic stuff basic stuff that all you guys listen to podcast is like common sense you’ve like Oh duh like difference mean an improvement offer versus new opportunity like like they missed that that was the biggest thing like as soon as I came out I was like expert secrets like 30 pages in if you had read my book you would have known that the way you structured the entire offer and the company was like was wrong but they didn’t they missed it and I even commented to one of them cuz like hey like by the way like thanks for totally like doing it wrong and I could be talking about like we thought the offer was awesome like okay the offer was good but it was an improvement offer there for clickfunnels beats you once again like I don’t I don’t it’s just weird and then another one my friends is the same thing like these things that are like basic common knowledge now amongst all of our people like that we’ve discovered and unearthed and then like preached about for three years that then like the reason why I’m looking at our to comic-con members that are just pounded out offers and cranking it and growing the companies I’m looking at our to come Club X people like all these people that are scaling and growing you’re like building amazing companies and it’s like because they’re just paying attention to the stuff that we’re laying down and then they’re following it whereas people that are they’re competing against me they fully are even attention to blows my mind I listen to a lot of podcasts to you right and especially ones that are deep in the software industry and cuz I’m watching him saying what are the all the software people doing and it’s not expect I started I was learning bunch stuff now it’s like this weird thing where it’s like our company has scaled so far past almost any sass I can find out their sales forces like the last one I’m really intimately studying because there’s no one else that’s kind of at the pace that we are it’s getting difficult to find the new ideas and things like that but Salesforce is one I’m geeking out now because they’re the ones that are like 10 steps ahead of me but essentially cuz I’m listening to all these and they and a couple interviews always asked like I hate who write what CEOs are you studying and they’re studying anyway just it blows my mind that nobody is paying attention so I just want to say for you guys who are paying attention congratulations you are ahead of people that I’ve been doing this game for a decade or more because they’re not paying attention there comes a time in people’s lives where they feel like they’ve learned too much or they under like I had one of my close friends who messaged me their names like hey like you’re killing can I come to your office and spend like two days just shouting you’re like I’ll just like watch it or do anything I was like have you read my books yet like no I’m I can’t read both the books first and then come back and I’ll let you do that crickets like those weren’t just like crappy little books I wrote like that literally is the blueprint for everything anyway so for those you guys who are paying attention thank you I appreciate you it gives me a reason why I share all this kind of craziness and for those who are listening thank you because it’s the reason why I’m kicking your butts that was kind of rude huh but it’s true I don’t know what else to do like this is funnel hacking 101 this is how we’ve grown I’m watching everything and then implementing and reiterating over and we’re over again and it blows my mind that people especially if you’re competing directly with me why would you not do that I don’t even understand and there’s another guy who get I might get short people some I bet I was like eight people or think oh my gosh he’s talking about me so maybe I’m talking about you baby I’m not but um what’s interesting is like I guarantee that there’s a bunch of oh there’s another guy who runs a software company so there it could be like 20 of you but nothing like it’ll don’t know where they are if I if I tell the story so I can tell a story but anyway it’s all there in plain sight or we’ve got coaching programs where I share it all and it blows my mind what people some people won’t pay for what will give them everything they need kids and just it was really really neat and some of you guys know if you listen if you’re following I know every was plugged in different spots from places but Thursday did really cool to enter the day of work off and I tried to read the entire Book of Mormon in a day which was awesome a podcast about over a book of Mormon challenge calm can go listen to that podcast you can go and listen to it and then Friday I did a training and so the training was for everybody who had who’d gone to 10x growth con event grande cardones event and if you guys were there you saw the event I did a presentation that made nineteen ninety billion that’d be cool three million dollars ninety minutes setting all sorts of Records and it was really cool right and then the next day I got up on stage and we did a bonus where if anyone decided before I left that basically work and let them I was into a workshop I walk them to exactly what I did and how I did it and all that kind of stuff so that workshop actually did on Friday which was really cool I thought was good about three hours long I’m going for six and a half hours I don’t know I just get excited and I can’t stop talking and sharing and it’s just a lot of fun so hopefully I was okay if I were deliver but it was cool and then obviously Amelie after wasn’t like all excited to go and try to turn this into an offer and to sell it and I bought Tenakee curse calm and my camera put this and they offer and this and this and the training and this is like my whole brain is going crazy with this whole process and then partners like why am I doing this like why why am i why am i creating another offer [Music] another product maybe I have a problem maybe I got a funnel addiction maybe a little but a little all those things I don’t know but it was interesting actually this weekend thought a lot about I was and I just it’s fun I love reading the facebook comments of people and in our groups and just especially like just hearing people’s success stories and stuff and there’s this really interesting pattern this weekend for me as I was like to scroll through stuff if so many people told me like Oh for me Russell is when I read the dot-com seekers book that’s when I clicked it Oh for me was when I was at this event you said this nasan everything clicked well for me was in like people sharing like what it was for them that made it all click for them and when it clicked then the business took off right and maybe starting about like what was what were the the pivotal parts in my journey like where someone clicked it was like transitional shift and shift and shift you know and um twice this we guided trainings for the two comma Club X coaching program where I like I shared something they’d been shared other places I just shared differently and had different stories around and stuff like that and and same thing people were like oh that time it click like now I understand I’m going and it’s you never know like what like when like when you share your message like which which one’s gonna click with which people right like that’s why I keep telling my stories and my thing is over and over and over and over and over because you never know when it’s gonna click for that person who’s there and sometimes it’s repetitive for some people and other times it’s like the thing that makes it click I start thinking about this like I’m so excited I created offer and I was like bummed about oh my god why am I doing this like blasting the world I really need right now is more money right and I’m like what is the what’s the reason like why am I so excited about doing this and then it kind of hit me and I was like I think the reason why is I know that they got training was the news when I done and it was updated six and half hours I like my heart my soul and to excited to over-deliver is really cool I actually went through and like I taught like the foundation of like Ofra creation that’s key the webinar that I taught the perfect webinar and then I went through the actual presentation from 10x and I like push play and I watched and I pause oh my this is why I did that I play pauses so I did this and I kind of went through the whole thing and is interesting I even found out a couple new nuances the perfect webinar that I didn’t even realize until I was like pausing myself and I was like oh wow I did that thing I didn’t realize that Sharon those things talk about the price marinade like whole bunch of cool things I’ve never really talked about before but I was like I think about this like am i turning our email lists and everything there’s like over a million entrepreneurs and follow me right and when I put something out like it because not all a million are still active like excited and like engaged right if they were I have a million people using clickfunnels right now which we’re working towards up we don’t have a right Egor 61,000 which is pretty awesome still but um but I think all those million plus people like my job as a marketer so like re-engage them and then recommit them and hopefully this time give him the AHA right so I really am by making a new hook right I talked in this like think about this so like I have a I have perfect webinar secrets calm which is like the script and the CD and me teaching the perfect weapon alright expert secrets is me teaching the perfect webinar and win more detail secrets masterclass there’s part to come clinic to come Club X you know the old fat event was me teaching a perfect webinar this wasn’t me teaching I gets me teaching it but it’s like the concepts like the actual con con contents not saying but it’s similar right but it’s repackaged in different ways where it’s like perfect webinar though suing for webinar thousand things like that’s the hook that’ll get them expert secrets I talked about that way that’s the hook that’ll get somebody 10x seekers and talk about how you Russell made three million dollars ninety minutes like that hook he’s a lot of people because sexiest interesting it’s unique like the hook will grab a different segment or like re-engage people right then like I honestly wish like I could just like that six hour thing I wish get stream into everybody for free problems I know is that people get it for free they don’t do anything with the right and so that’s why we make an offer so I make a funnels because then I’m I’m hooking him first then I’m charging him to which then the physical act and pulling a credit card out re commits to themself if they’re gonna go down this path again right to hook’em recommit him and then hopefully this time I give him the AHA that’s the thing like that’s the one that’s the one that famine times if you can take you study somebody stuff two or three or four times we go to church see right every Sunday for 20 years of your life in Austin like boom that’s Sunday that person that whatever it was you were ready right then right so for me if like that’s that’s really part of this business right like the money and if you guys aren’t as point yet I’m gonna break it to you the money it’s not that exciting moving forward because the point when like the house is paid off everything’s taken care of like it’s not exciting the money part but the impact it’s like fires you up right and so it’s like I’m hooking I’m trying like I have this million-plus entrepreneurs plus everyone else on Facebook plus the entire world and I throw these offers out to try to hook them right I think of them to make a commitment so they come in themselves by actually paying for something and my goal is that this time is to give them the AHA the thing like were there I got this is the one and I know that 10x seekers doesn’t adoption people that I’m excited they literally charge them in finally we can get to more people right there we can pay for advertising now the hook heats out to more people which is hopefully got from people brings them in get some commits themselves and then hopefully that’ll be the one that gets them and just reengage as people recognize can people who who have been on and off and on and off on and off like hopefully that this will be the one for them right so anyway that’s that’s why it was kind of cool to me it gave me like comfort and like oh it’s okay for me to do this it’s not like like I’m doing it I’m doing it for that reason right because I want more people to be like oh 10x secrets that was the one that was gonna give me the clarity I needed and the permission to do my thing right or maybe it’s ignite your funnels come out later this year maybe it’s the next thing you know right now Julie’s story and I are working on 10 10 books 10 front end books to bridge the gap we figured we identified 10 sub markets so basically use click funnels and so we’re trying everything our power like bridge that gap bridge that gap preach that gaps are making webinars and training in success stories and like it’s just part of our big project mother funnel but work and then anyway but Julie’s writing 10 different books one for each second here your ecommerce this is how to use clip funnels how use a funnel here in if your bruises professional if your freelancer if you’re a EECOM if you’re uh you know whatever it is if you’re retail like here’s you should I use funnels like it’s bridging the gap my goals they all these offers are putting out there for you segments it’s like I want some of the segments like get that handbag oh that’s what that’s how I use a funnel okay one of my buddies literally last night and I don’t need it’s funny it’s a friend from like from not business world then I was forget people see me on Facebook but there he texted me he’s like hey man said you stuff for service businesses and I’m like my whole body work everything I’ve ever done last decade my life works for service businesses but because of the specifically say service businesses they don’t know it right and like they can’t they can’t bridge that gap so I’m gonna like I wish the book was I was like yeah get the book it’ll tell exactly to bridge the gap and go both funnels for your service business we’re gonna have it yet so that’s why I keep doing it in case you wondered like you put it offers just cuz I’m trying to hook people we get them to recommit to themselves and hopefully have that one be the one that gives them the AHA that makes a move so I’m curious for you guys when was it which was the thing the product the idea the the thing that gave you the aha that gave me like that was the thing or have you had it yet are you still looking for that was it videos youtube video is it a podcast was it a product you bought like there’s a reason why I’m preaching like crazy around the clock for you guys is because I’m hoping and waiting and wishing that each of us would get that AHA from one of these things give you the thing you need like that was the piece that was the piece I was missing so if you what’s up everybody’s russell brunson welcome to the marketing seekers podcast today and i’m talking about a hook a story and an offer so the big question is this power on CH Brewers like us who didn’t cheat and take on venture capital for spending money from our own pockets how do we market in a way the less hot scale our products and our services and the things that you believe in out to the world and yet still remain profitable that is the question in this podcast we’ll give you the answers my name is Russell Brunson and welcome to marketing secrets alright everybody I hope that today has been amazing for you so far whenever you’re listening to this I want to share with you we fly usually launch to the funnel I feel I belong to the two comma Club X coaching program and it’s it’s insanely good it’s amazing but I’m just there’s kind of pros the cons of the pros are gives you everything you possibly need to start launch the scale grow your company bad things are like so much stuff it’s like people get overwhelmed so I want to go through a record a fast track kind of goes through like a higher level like fast track of all the courses and in in order so the people kind of know where they’re going and so this week I recorded module number two or you know fast track number two which was called hook is storing an offer and when I’m fried 45 minutes and I think it was pretty good and then one of the guys in the group he’s probably list in this right now so thank you I said that he’s like I listened to everyone Russell’s podcast I’ve been to to fund like five events I’ve done like every course every book and he’s like that was the best training I’ve ever heard from Russell I was like that’s awesome and I had like a 45-minute conversation with Dave Woodward James drill when we’re lifting weights on Wednesday talking about as well and unfortunately I have to jump on a video here in like an hour so I can’t go too deep into this but I didn’t want to share some thoughts so you guys cuz I think it’s super super super essential and I want you guys to think through it for your stuff so one one talk about is what’s the the hook and the story what is your selling now in the in the video that did for for our two comma Club X members it was like I was going in to offer hacking how to find deals offers and hack them and also just to fight that but one of the biggest things that we talked about we notice is like the key is like to really get offers I mean that there’s against three pieces there’s there’s the hook which they hook it grabs you right like what’s the thing that grabs you and there’s the story you tell behind that and then there’s the actual offer what they’re gonna get and they each component the offer there’s a hook a story to offer these component they offer and I wish I had more time to share everything but I think I want to show the essay because it’s it’s one of most important things like it’s like what’s the hook and of the story that you’re sharing right if you don’t have one you need to create that so in the video I went through and I took ESO drew Manny he’s one of our two comical winners and he’s awesome dude he’s got a program called fit to fat to fit and his story is he was a trainer for my life and Mike help people get skinny but he’s ever never actually knew what it was like so it’s like you know I’m gonna get fat and then I’m gonna try it fit again and so he went and gave like about a hundred pounds and and told the whole world and so I’m doing them get anyone’s weight that’s gonna be a huge thing and I’m gonna get me a fat I’m gonna lose it again and like because of this story this hook of the story he got tons of PR he’s on Jay Leno all sorts of stuff and now it’s like whatever he sells he’s just like hey I’m drew I’m gonna fit too fat to fit guy I’m the guy who was a trainer but never knew was like be fast like a whole bunch of weight and then I lost it all again and then anything he says after that people give him money you wonder why because the hook of the story is so good drew if you listen to this like there’s a lot of critiques I could give you to help you make your offers better because that’s but because the hooks it doesn’t really matter I get a good hook a good story will make up for a lot of other stuff but he’s killing it and I was like man imagine if thank you there’s stuff Island anyway sometime I worked in personally mr. Dyk to say you ramp it up but but his hooking his hooking a story so good that like that like he’s making millions dollars now right now thinking about this like throughout time like he has number Robert Allen he is sold over a billion dollars under Robert Allen brand and Robert Allen had a really good hook in a story he told he was like did he take me anywhere in the world turn me in any city without any you know without any contacts and any whatever and within within a month I will have purchased a house with no money down or whatever he told people that no one believed this we actually did it this big PR stunt went flew somewhere did the whole thing and boom that’s you know he became Robert Allen because of that hook in the story right Natalie Hodson Natalie spoken phone rockin on she’s amazing what’s amazing that Natalie is the hook in her story it’s funny cuz there’s people that were trying to knock off her one of her products her first two comma Club product took there four months ago from from zero to two comma Club with a $37 a book it was teaching women who mothers who how to not pee your pants called an ABS Florek pelvic floor abs core pelvic floor and she sold like 50 or 60,000 copies this new book and respected all people not trying to knock her off and they’re all gonna fail because they they they were copying the offer but they’re missing the hook and the story so what’s what’s now he’s hooking story will shoes ah I think she was actually a video with drew if I remember right huh anyway it’s a small world anyway so she’s she’s filming a video workout video and in the video she pees her pants and instead of hiding it she’s like she decides like this is a good I mean I’ll if she consciously did this but she put it out there and it’s an amazing hook like I’m a fitness trainer teach people how to get in weight lose weight and I’m sitting there live on camera and I peed my pants here’s pictures of it is so embarrassing and and and so she tells that stories hook the story people get excited and then boom 60,000 copies of her book later right hook in the store was so so good and the better the hook and story are and you’re not seeing the offer can be worse but like that’s like the better hook the story is like you know still have anything it’s funny drew is actually selling ketosis stuff now which has nothing new with his actual 50 fat to fit story but the story and hooks so good he tells a story people are hooked and then boom eating some whatever he wants at that point and so for um anything I’m like what is what’s my what’s my story what’s the thing right some of you guys may know I I launched my religion podcast this week actually our last day this week and I went through the same process here I’m like eh I could just make a podcast like hey I’m gonna teach you what my beliefs are but nobody look and the story we’re horrible right so it’s like what I need a hook I need a strick what is it it’s gonna be something’s gonna drag people in you think about stories people share stories I like oh this girl named Natalie oh this guy named drew you want to bet you like they tell a story right and so I was like I need I need a story I didn’t consciously do this but this would come out of his like if I’m gonna do I needed something really cool so hook in my podcast was basically you know I’m Mormon I believe in the Book of Mormon but I look at my house as all these Book of Mormons and laying on the ground or who or that I never ready to sit there and and I realized that this thing that’s so important to me I’m not treating it I’m treating it lightly and and so uh I was like I need to make this room you so I went online I found on eBay a copy of one of the original five thousand books of Mormon I spent a small fortune on it and now I’m reading it and I’m sharing my journey because I wanna make a special to you again right so that was the hook and now I got all these people who share my podcast like this dude Russell he uh like all all my Mormon friends it’s kind of fun watching though they’re sharing it like my friend Russell he yes you know he’s a Mormon tooth they sure they’re sharing it like and seminaries and elders quorum and it’s kind of fun to how fast it’s growing just inside the church because everyone’s like because they feel that same way like and I feel the same way you know I I’m not you know if you’re Mormon you’re like I don’t treat the book um who I should and I also there’s this guy who’d felt the same way so now he spent a fortune bought in Ridgeland and now he’s like taking us on a journey Austin people like oh I want to be part of that story right I’m sure that there’s a lot of people who like I think about Drew and get out no Jerusalem super well but uh you know what the biggest things in the weight loss space I see the people come they try to try to people lose weight but if they’ve never been fat in the past it’s hard for them to get a lot of traction a lot times a new personal training but it’s hard for me blow up like is the celebrity as a guru as an extra whatever II want to call it because the masses are like well they don’t know it’s like to be fat so he told that story now everyone’s like dude this trainer who who uh he wanted to prove to us he could do this we gained all this weight and that’s the story we’re sharing it’s a good hook yeah I mean it same thing happen with this is like it was a story so it started getting spread and then um this week I was like like I need another good hook and gets true what can I do to get people listening to this now that it’s live and it’s launches so um somebody I saw yesterday I actually that there’s this guy in the Mormon Church named sparely P Pratt he lived back in 1800s and he someone gave him a copy when the original Book of Mormons because that’s all he had back when they first came out and he started reading and he read it for anti you read the entire thing in a day said that eating and sleeping became a nuisance to him and anyway I found it yesterday was actually his birthday so I was like I’m doing part of the people a day so I took the day off of work and I went and I read the entire I do I try it so 18 hours I didn’t I almost halfway done it’s a big book but I read the whole thing and I talked about I did Facebook live I talked about it and um and this is something I put $0 and advertising behind I just posted on my personal wall said hey I’m doing this crazy thing and from that I think this morning there’s like three point nine thousand views over like 1500 comments and likes and share like like interactions with it and and hundreds and hundreds of people subscribe the podcast from it and so it was like this thing like I made a story an event a thing out of it and that’s what got people excited was hooking a story and now people subscribe to the podcast and be interested my beliefs and my faith if you go to book and challenge calm you can subscribe and listen in but that’s kind of what is right you’re creating a story creating a hook and a story gets people interested today I’m actually filming a product and what’s the product well I spoke at the TEDx event and the TEDx event I mean 90 minutes are in 90 minutes I have three million dollars so that’s a hook and a story so I’m recording five our trainings today teaching how I did it because that’s something it’ll sell like crazy people will like will put out that I got roughly made 90 it made three million ninety minutes so you should buy the course to figure how you did it like that that’s the that’s the key is like that story like I peed my pants I want to fat to fit to fat I read the entire Book of Mormon in a day I bought an original Book of Mormon I mean three million dollars in 90 minutes like like what’s the story you gotta find those stories they’re out there and the and sometimes they’re going to be super grandiose at first like you need to have a story behind things right one of my bonuses inside of the funnel hacks program now is traffic seekers and traffic secrets I could day hey yeah there’s this course called traffic secrets and you get it today when you sign up you set up now right but what’s this hook viana well traffic secrets was a was a site owned by John Reese John Reese did the first million dollar day and the product sold was traffic secrets and the course is still gonna end up buying the brand from him I am spending almost a million dollars to buy it from him and have all the wire transfers and so when I now talk about that part of my bonus I tell the hook the story and the offer of that buy the hook it tells the hook I tell the story and then it’s like now that bonus becomes super valuable because the hook and the store makes it way better and so figured out for your business like do you have a hook in a story if not that might be why you’re struggling and so if not like figure went out like you got to figure out a thing like what’s the thing call your shot do something big look at all the offers are out there look it people are having success what are their commonalities look what’s the hook what’s the offer what’s the story that they’re they’re telling you a what’s the thing and figure out how to create a story like for me at the Book of Mormon like I was like okay I’m already holding today like that’s a story like okay go and do something that what could you do for yourself you know maybe it’s and this is what comes back to talk about sometimes like you know results first right like find somebody it let’s say your weight loss trainer find somebody and and get the result on them or do it on yourself or what you know like they’ve become a lab experiment the story is the key okay no again I didn’t know drew prior to his fit too fat to fit thing but my guess if I was to say is if you go out there and he was certain I’d sell his weight-loss program I’ve a tidwell’s personal trainer by but he struggled as like selling the thing but now he’s got this story like he doesn’t have to be that good selling because the story the hook and the story so good okay so there’s your Simon all my friends all my people is to figure out for you whatever your whatever you’re launching if it’s a podcast and offer an ad and a product or service that whatever what’s the story that’s you got to figure out because the story will drive everything else behind you what’s the hook and the story and their lease your offer anyway I have an ounce oh I asked on my training alright see ya later but want more i keep trying to get people to understand and they they keep not understanding so no offense to anybody because I probably said a lot of places maybe even here so I’m telling you guys right now right here so you will hear any well understand the question I keep getting from people it’s like well in fact I gots question last night in our new to comma Club X coaching program and and I responded to it and then just mass times thinking about it today I’m like I need to talk about this because I want to put this to rest once and for all so in the future any of you guys here anybody who’s in e-commerce talk about this please tag them post in this link this videos podcasts gonna be all over the place so let them know because this is the key they need to understand so a lot of people come into my world into the funnel world night well I’m selling stuff on Amazon or shop find some physical products and so it’s got some examples of physical products maybe you’re selling supplements or you’re selling jars or you’re selling buttons or selling markers like whatever it is you’re selling and they’re going through the stuff you write well funnels really really cool also how’s it gonna work and I should tell you I’m like go read this book x4 secrets go read the book hum secrets and the first things like well I there’s no face in my company so this stuff hasn’t worked for me and I always just want to cringe for anybody who thought experts secrets is only about selling information products you missed the whole point of the book please stop go find your copy of the book start a very beginning in the time look at from through a lens of whatever it is that you are selling okay if you’re selling physical products info products supplements network marketing whatever it is you’re selling this book is the blueprint for that and you’re saying well this isn’t work for me because my business I don’t do this instead start thinking boy wait how should I like should I do this my business like how can I use this in my business like that should be the the thing going through your mind is how can I use this for my business not oh I can’t use this for my business people are something will rustle my business is different no it’s not different you’re just not doing it right okay start thinking how do I actually implement this into my business okay for example I love people I crustless works for you because you know that you have a software company every other software company that I’m competing against does not do this okay if you’d ask me that if you ask people if outer releases four years ago and tell people to read this they’d like well this doesn’t work for SAS I’m not selling information products it’s like no like you’re not seeing me actually do this to sell SAS to sell software as a service okay works for that so it’s works for supplement works for everything okay so I’m gonna kind of walk us through just a really quick quick like two-minute break down how this concept works with physical products Kay but again this works for anything plug-in nonprofit we’ve got two I think two or three people now who hit the two comma Club selling nonprofits using all these these same principles we’ve got tons almost probably hundred plus who selling physical products who are doing it like now an internet marketing network marketing it works for all of them it works for software works for whatever it is you’re selling Kay it doesn’t matter it’s it’s agnostic about what is you’re selling the principles work the same at all okay so again the comment yesterday I saw was like Russell I you know there’s no there’s no face to my company so this isn’t gonna work my first thing would be you need to have a face to your company okay there’s a reason why there’s a face of click phones because people can connect with a human being if there’s not a face not a person you become a commodity and people are gonna go off price go off of what features I got this feature versus this feature if you have a face a personality people will bond with you and they will follow you to the end of the world okay I promise you that um if you haven’t if you were in the last funnel hacking live you premier missed it you’ve seen it happen okay I’m practicing what I preach every single day okay that’s number one number two this whole book is about how to create offers we got what you’re marking it and actually creating an actual offer okay in fact religion you guys who wonder if you ever read my little bi what Russell does this this and this and well the top super affiliates in the world okay this same concept is how I became a great affiliate okay so I’m gonna I’m gonna do this I’m gonna go through some examples and pull my chair hopefully this will come out and make sense so let’s say you’re selling physical products let’s say for example organifi so organifi this is my buddy Drew’s supplement it’s a really good stuff might take every single layer either picture of drew on the back of those you’re watching the video Drew’s funnel and I love these guys they’re funnels not the best funnel in the world the copywriting is not that good the cells that are not that good but what do they have they’ve got personality a brand a personally human that people trust they like they know and they follow him through this movement which is why they’ve done so well with organifi okay now if I was gonna go sell organifi as an affiliate firstly I look uh saying they’re selling a product here if you listen to me or Stephen rant about this a product like it’s even the last last fat event everyone stand up and rage and say I will not sell a product again at everyone chanting that with them K a product is not how you win this game I win this game is my creating an actual offer so the way I became a really good affiliate for people is I would go and I find someone who’s selling a product and they’d be selling probably they’re doing well with it I said okay how can I make this an offer so I’d say okay I’m here to I’m on my white board so here is organifi to say this is number one so organifi they’re selling if I want to be good affiliate I’m gonna take this product I’m gonna create an offer around its I’m a okay if I wanted to sell to become their no more to fellate wish I could very easily and all of us could do this you could pick any product new it’s okay someone who’s buying this what else do they need to be successful oh they have organifi what if they need to know how to eat or drink for that so let me make I’m gonna make a book or a video course teaching like the 30-day juice reset right boom that because part of the offer K now they got they got a green drink together juice reset die what else so then you like maybe when they’re juicing they’re trying to sleep better night so maybe this is like the sleeping system like the greens sleeping system or maybe it’s like there they want some more recipes so it’s like me like 20 20 ways to put green drinks to make something right so I would like go and try to make recipes and waste like turn these green drinks is a really healthy foods and I don’t know whatever you do but I would create a whole bunch of things I put a gun bunch of things together and I make an offer where’s the total value of blank right and that would go back to all people buying organifi Hegel I hope I and get it for I don’t know hundred bucks is so here or Yugi the same offer beer I’m gonna give you organifi Plus this Plus this Plus this and I like I make it actual offer I’m gonna go out there and destroy every other field including them selling their own product okay there have been affiliates times I’ve gone it and peroneal somebody’s product that actually sold more of the product than the actual product owner I do that by turning their product into an offer and make it irresistible again so there’s an idea for something if I’m if I’m gonna be selling a supplement I’m gonna go out there I’m gonna go and create an actual offer so not just the supplement the supplement one piece of the offer what are the other tools and systems they need to make an amazing irresistible offer that’s gonna make them whatever it is the result you’re promising right okay so for econ people so let’s just say your e-commerce person you’re selling this little coffee mug thing I’m trying to find something random here and it is today so this is nice little coffee mug it’s awesome I’m selling on Amazon and you’re like Russell I don’t know how this expert secret stuff worked for you we’re just selling little coffee cups like there’s nothing to this right I’d say in fact close you guys were members of final University I did – I did I did bulletproof supplement funnel and I didn’t on it stuff in the funnel both of them are not very good funnels both have built 10 to 30 million dollar a year supplement brands because they follow the steps in this process the expert seeker stuff right so if I’m selling this in Amazon makes the money and I’m like scared the Amazon is gonna crush me or that and get you know booted off or I just want a diversifier one sells for it’s actually worth I would take this product I would turn it into an offer I’d be step number one right so this is something that keeps coffee warm I’m assuming so how to make this an offer okay so I’ll be going back to experts tea cursing okay which which market this is in it’s a health wealth relationships okay it’s probably in health cuz people drink coffee a lot to do because it’s a health reason right so it’s in health inside health like what is this that what’s my sub market or she’s me sub market is yes the sub market then are people who are drinking coffee to become healthy see a health that you got coffee for health you sub market and what’s my niche I’m gonna create or I’m gonna create a niche that let’s just say so Dave Asprey with bulletproof right it’s like putting putting butter in coffee so let’s say I’m gonna go on that tangent so his whole market is like teaching people that and tell people go I buy butter and put it in some way my sub niche could be like I’m gonna give you guys the kit that you need to be able to make bulletproof coffee on the go maybe that’s my sub market I’m gonna create right so take this this is the physical product now if I want to compete in a funnel I need to make this an offer so I say okay first thing you’re gonna get when you sign up right now is you’re gonna get the physical cup which is really really cool the problem is that’s all that this is it’s probably 500 other people selling this on Amazon right so because we’re also in the exact same thing what happens is the race to the bottom everyone’s getting cheaper and cheaper cheaper cheaper cheaper because whoever wins is a person who’s got the cheapest product at Amazon right so I don’t want to be constrained by price if I’m constrained by price I’m gonna lose this game every single day so I’m gonna do is that instead I’m gonna take this out of a price constraint where people are gonna be judging me based on somebody else I’m gonna turn this into a special offer where I’m the only person on earth that can actually sell us because it’s my special offer number one would be this cup right it’s really cool cup number two would be are they okay well what else can I put this offer well maybe I sell coffee or maybe it’s hot chocolate maybe it’s cacao or maybe it’s something you actually going there so that’d be the second part you gonna get this plus you’re gonna get this stuff you can actually make this really good then number three um I’m looking right off to see what I like and I can plug in this offer number three let’s say there’s a really cool weight-loss plan I want to make with this rice looks like let me show you guys how to have more energy in the morning have more focus so you’re gonna get number one you need the coffee cup number two you can get the actual coffee number three you’re gonna get the my secret eating plan that actually boosts my mental performance as an entrepreneur number four I’m gonna get the next day and I go through there actually create an amazing offer right now I can go and even though people are something’s on Amazon for Ike you know I don’t know how much it cost ten bucks let’s say I cannot go and because I bundled together a bunch of things this is now our thirty or forty dollars cause it’s an actually an offer now people go on Amazon beg it’s the same price you know it’s a fourth of the price over there but it’s actually worth four times more because we turn it into an offer we bundle the whole bunch of things together and now it’s something that that is different that people can’t price go I go with price and only person actually has this special offer that makes sense okay now to take the next level so I just create an offer and I was like now what like now is creating a brand a person a movement behind this right Dave Ashbury did is so good with bulletproof where his host he had a story now of like him he was overweight he lost a bunch of weight he was hiking the hit I came in a little story I can Himalayan mounds and these guys gave him some yak butter tea drank the yak butter tea he felt good his brain was lit on fire you put butter in his coffee and Dave started this movement right when people are putting butter in their cockiness this weird thing he did okay same thing I’d be like this I make here’s my here’s my my product here’s an offer I pray that goes with it then what’s the movement like what like what are people tapping into besides just that like Who am I what’s my store I need to share this right why did I create this was the reason what was the purpose okay Phil give drew drew had a whole story about why he created organifi what was the reason what was the story behind it okay and so for you guys like if you want to transition from selling physical products or network marketing product or or e-commerce or if your affiliates among other people’s products it doesn’t matter what it is the system the process is the same it’s taking that thing and turning it from a commodity into an offer okay putting together a bunch of things that are unique to you interviewing people okay like I go an interview Dave Asprey I could go interview someone who’s an expert in whatever and put that part of the offer like I make this thing amazing I increase the value of it okay and then I can go and like tell my store like why did I create this what was the reason what was the purpose behind and people buy into that storyline and from there it creates a movement now I gotta hold on to you buying this and my offer and they know my story they Know Who I am then guess what happens in it a month from now six months in our year from now when I decide hey this is really good now I want to create my next product now you have the following in place now yeah the people in place now that actually care because they’re connected to you and your story and your mission and your movement okay so what has understand that like so many times people come to me and they’re like hey this doesn’t relate to me because I saw in a different product I’m selling a physical product right I’m in network marketing company the separate from this it’s like no doesn’t matter what you’re selling the reason why I’ve been successful selling everything I’ve ever sold and I’ve done all of item physical products and supplements I’ve been information network marketing physical brick and mortar retail locations I’ve got chiropractors it’s got dentists students I’ve got like it doesn’t matter what is you’re selling the process the system is the same number one is create an irresistible offer but I’m selling these markers I would try to create irresistible offer with these markers okay you’re picking your market that you’re targeting – yeah I wouldn’t just sell these markers – everybody wants a marker because I’m gonna be competing with everybody else in the world with price again so I would in fact if you look it I just got these in the mail today from jld but how many journals are there out there in the world a billion two billion 10 billion okay so he does he figured out what’s what’s the sub market and the sub niches I want to create okay so he made these journals ones a mastery journal ones a freedom journal these literally came the mail today okay now if I was going competing as price on journals you need a journal for 99 cents to get lots of super super cheap okay so instead what he did is he took this journal he’s picked a sub market that and they spoke and create something specific to them then he was had a really good offer behind it and if I was in the affiliate I would make this offer even better I’d go create your interview me I go interview five people who understand master different levels I did I introduced someone master it physical fitness weight loss business entrepreneurship athletics I interviewed five or six people who have mastered something in their life and I would go make this an actual off you get the mastery journal plus you’re gonna get an interview with so-and-so who’s the number-one guy at whatever pushing it interviews self and I make I would create a really good offer his offers good befallen me an affiliate for that make even better offer okay now I’ve got those kind of things now I’d say okay I’m gonna create a movement people we’re all gonna go through this with me together we all want to master this stuff together we all want to drink green drinks together we all want to drink bulletproof coffee together we all want to use markers to sketch out our funnels whatever it’s like I’m making this group people I’m creating a movement of all of us together that want to do something I’m gonna become the leader of that movement but my flag in the ground say look this is my movement I am the leader come follow me then come follow me and then all these actual principles secrets principles start working now I got a movement fall in it what’s our future based movement what’s our cause what’s the new opportunity I’m trying to provide for these people and when a figure those things out putting them together and building this following the people what’s happening is they’re all buying my physical product all my my network marketing opportunity I’ll buy my my local chiropractic care they’re all buying my teeth cleaning cystic it doesn’t matter whatever it is the process is the same okay and I’m building this community people that love me that trust me to know who I am they’re all part of this movement and now when my second product line comes out I can sell exactly this as one and now boom this is where you start incrementally not incrementing I start growing very very rapidly your company okay that’s what I was telling people I take of any physical product brand wrap the expert secrets model around it and you 100 extra company overnight it’s like giving us a shot of adrenaline and when you guys all to understand that no matter what business you are in I know a lot of you has done a lot of to businesses so instead of as you’re going through this process when you’re reading expert secrets and dot-com secrets and listen to my podcast on sky things assess saying oh that doesn’t work my business it said stop and say how can I make that work for my business okay that’s it that’s the magic that’s the big secret it’s shifting that that thought in your head from all this doesn’t work my business too how can I make this work for my business if you think for five seconds for 10 seconds I promise you this is the shot of adrenaline for any business that you are in doesn’t matter what you’re selling or whose product your own product somebody else’s product okay whenever I wanted to be an affiliate whenever who asked me to fluid reason I don’t just like except go go labs and run to your silly offers it’s because I want to make I want to be I want to be the top affiliate all the time okay I’ve won cars I’ve won massage chairs I’ve gone insane amounts of things watches I wasn’t like everything you dream about your new affiliate and wasn’t because I was selling the same product everyone else was I was but no I had made mine an offer I took their product and I figure out what else continue to provide more value to this thing and I took a you know and I do this a lot of times back when product launches were happening all the time in my marketplace is the ones I was in it’s okay everyone selling this course for thousand bucks so how do I make this worth $10,000 because I can do that than everybody for me versus the product owner or any other affiliates and so I create an offer that was so irresistible they had to buy through me I had people literally buy the product once and they buy again just because they wanted my offer okay that’s the magic we’re talking about here with creating really really good irresistible offers that’s you should be thinking through ok so again if you’re looking at whatever business you’re in okay I’m a network marketer I’m a I’m selling EECOM I’m doing whatever first question is how do I turn this commodity this thing especially network marketing you got you versus 180 thousands of distributors ecommerce you versus everyone else who comes up in the search when they type that product into Amazon how do i dica monetize myself by creating an actual offer okay that’s number one sticking through that what what can I create what are the other things okay number two that is like Who am I actually selling this to keep trying to sell that everybody’s gonna be hard when you start creating an offer it’s really fun this is why those who are going through the two comma Club X program right now we’re talking about that picking your market and creating off the matching because this right here is a cup that anybody who drinks coffee could do okay problems in the commodity there the price drives down by choosing the right market the price actually goes up on this if this is the coffee cup for biohackers or coffee cup or for entrepreneurs who wandering bulletproof coffee on the go suddenly comes super more valuable right because I picked the right market to actually go after now the price went up now that at the price went up now I know this sub market that I’m in now I create an offer that relates exactly to that market right what is this mark you want okay well if they’re drinking bulletproof coffee on the go they probably want more recipes or other ways to do it or they probably want interviews of people like Dave Asprey or Anthony DiClemente or other biohackers maybe they want interview with the coffee guys who run the company I can I can find my favorites have a copy and it coffee and interview the person who who discovered that who had meant to that product maybe whatever it is and you go and create amazing offer for that sub market suddenly this $8 cut becomes worth $60 or $100 or more okay now you know how much people doing that together we’re all part of that that of that they all took the same offer they’re all part of the same market you have created and now you’re gonna start creating your mass movements that makes sense again so doesn’t matter what business you’re in if you ask me to consult you I would tell you the exact same thing someone posted on a Facebook they may like how much degress with charge to Vox me back and forth for a day people are posting hundred thousand dollars hundred fifty thousand and just makes me laugh because like the the feedback I would give you would be the same it doesn’t matter what is you’re selling the process is simple you guys figure out what it is you’re selling and then realize that’s just one component of your offer then create an actual offer out of that okay you’re gonna sync it to an actual sub niche that you are creating so you’re going to market sub market sub niche or create a sub niche then you create the offer for that sub market right and then you get people in there and I start creating a mass movement and you start going and then the the audience the group the tribe your building will tell you what to sell what they want what to go from there and that’s how you scale these things that’s why I could take any any e-commerce business off the street if we can’t earn it we can’t end actually we can hundred exit very very quickly by just wrapping with these principles so if you learn nothing else from today go back to the expert seekers book with any product any service you’re selling and this time when you’re reading instead of saying this won’t work for my business my business is different say how can I make this work my business I want my business to be different okay that’s the magic again one last story before wrap this one up that’s what happen with clickfunnels when it first launched it I was the every other SAS company out there and they were all selling their software nice okay I’m gonna sell my software and for number one design my software it gets happened boom bomb fell number two I sold my software it bought her three so my soft before five number six was the offer that blew up and guess why because no longer selling my software I created an offer for people it’s a number one you get the software for free for six months number two you know the federal hacks training system to teach you and doctor at you and show you how to use this number three I know the next problem you’re gonna have is you’re gonna don’t have the right copy so you get my copy rating system number four you know I get traffic me get my traffic system number firing you all the components you need to be successful with this product and I turn into an offer and a blew up your 110 million your to 30 years 370 in on track this year four hundred fifty million because we created an irresistible offer for a software company and it blows my mind that all the other SAS guys out there competing against me haven’t figured out yet it’s right in front in plain sight they keep on trying to sell their product okay you don’t sell products cuz then you’re fighting a commodity based business you’re fighting with the next two crates of product it’s got this feature and you have this and the price inside and then all the sources garbage comes out no we’re creating an offer it D commoditize is you pulls you away from every else it breaks you away now price is no longer a thing you’re fighting with because you are your own thing you are separate you are unique and now you have what you need to grow and scale a company okay and that is the magic that we’ll talk about you guys okay if you’re in a webinar you’re you just getting one big offer and you’re selling it if you’re doing e-commerce and you have a physical and you have not physical but you’re selling like a funnel with like like front end upsell down so each thing of those is offer your front end is like when I saw my book it’s a free plus shipping book but I made an offer round that’s right you get books you get trained you go bunch of stuff that comes with this the upsell now is a new offer when you buy this you get this and like I’m making lots and lots of these offers okay the biggest thing I tell you guys if you do this over and over and over again is getting good at creating and making offers for people and what’s cool about it is you’ll find out what some things that people go crazy for something’s they don’t respond to and you keep making new offer after new off their new offer and better more you do this the better to become at it and the more success you’re gonna be so getting to gamma Comex program you guys know the homework I told you guys before was go in and find 10 offers that are happening 10 to successful funnels in your business funnel hoc and to figure out what their offer actually is okay the ones their success love really good offer see what they are what’s component of a one Capone number two and number three inside their offer and study those things so you can understand how you can make better offers for your market and that’s it you guys hope that helps it’s probably Long’s podcast in a while but I needed to go on a rant because I wanted everyone to understand that this is how this game is played it’s all about creating offers picking the right market and you create offer for that specific market and then from there you start getting people start building your tribe then you create a mass movement you can do all super talked about in the book and then from there then primer to Proctor to me everything else comes some everybody this russell brunson welcome to mark and seekers podcast today i’m in covering what happened on day number three of the funnel hacking Lab event so the big question is this power arch Brewers like us who didn’t cheat and take on venture capital we’re spending money from our own pockets how do we mark it in a way the left Hoss get our products and our services and the things that we believe in out to the world and yet still remain profitable [Music] alright everybody welcome back I hope that you’ll join us recap and for those guys who have fun alive you’re like oh yeah I remember that and those who aren’t you’re earning massive FOMO fear of missing out and you make sure your coming next week thank you or next next year so if you guys knew what we were planning for next year I have a couple tricks up my sleeve I don’t something to happen not if it does though it’ll be insane so you don’t miss it anyway alright so fun I can live day number three so day number one again for the recap we talked about impact and income damage to this team was one fall away do you know day number three now was the to karma Club now to kind of set us off we had 91 people this day came on stage getting two comma Club awards but we also had 15 people who got the dot-com secrets using dokkum secret sex they the m2 comma Club X award which is means you made over eight figures or ten million dollars in the funnel which was really cool and the cool thing about this is it I saw tons of people posting on Instagram that like Instagram Facebook everywhere like Funaki live has become like the Emmys or the Grammys of entrepreneurship and it’s so cool like that’s what this has become the entrepreneurs there’s not much stuff like you start a business you make money you buy a nice car you buy a nice house you serve a lot of people he raised money for charities but there’s never like a time to like reward entrepreneurs like there are for actors and athletes and everything else and so Funaki life has become that become the enemies and the Grammys and it’s been really really cool this day it was fun because a chance to highlight so many amazing entrepreneurs bring them on stage give them cool stuff so I was awesome but what started a so the B today I wanted this one cuz I knew this is gonna be a it was to be a fun day so I wanted to start with Anthony DiClemente so Anthony came and taught I’ve been had a biohack how on tours came back for more energy so he came on stage and was so fun seen him on stage he was in a full suit with bare feet was just totally such a biohacker we came in and taught me what breathing exercises other ways to get energy and it was really fun so it was our only non like internet marketing type speaker and I think it was a huge really cool addition if you guys haven’t heard Anthony’s book on bio hacking you should get it there may or may not be a new book coming out in the near future made on near future but in the future he’s working on now which is also gonna be amazing so that was awesome a fan thing off stages and Alec Scharffen came on and talked about the billionaire code and what’s fun is like my opening presentation of funneling life was how to go from zero million million to ten ten to hundred and that mine was like more like your role as the entrepreneur like where do you needed to focus in your creativity out Alex came back and went through the billionaire code which is like all their faces says he sees them that businesses transformed through I think he has at nine or ten different phases and it was really cool cuz shows you like each phase like here’s what’s happening here’s what you know here’s why business here’s how many businesses in the in in the world are actually at this level here’s the opportunities and the weaknesses and all kind of stuff and goes phase by phase by phase and it’s really cool for you to get like a really good map of like oh here’s the direction I’m going here’s what’s happening and things like that so alex is awesome after that then Dana Derek’s our resident go for her hot stage and talk about the dream 100 which is really cool you know it’s funny I’ve been talking about dream 100 now for like eight years ever since I read about in chat homes book and I’ve been telling people to do it and I haven’t do it a few other people done but very few people do yet it’s the foundation for everything that comes like Dana’s book here but he ended writing a book called dream 100 he’s like hey can you write afford four and I was like yeah and I’m not gonna find it here and right when I need it but the form of the book was basically I told him I was like in a dream 100 is for us it’s how we decided what we’re gonna create what products we were gonna serve the audience with how we’re gonna get traffic how we were gonna like differentiy everything in our business is based off the dream 100 yet for some reason people don’t do it so I didn’t come and talk about that and it was it was it was awesome so dream on under was really big and he had some amazing images and videos of goats knocking over little kids and things like that so anyway dream 100 was a big thing and this is where we start kind of diving more into traffic so Dana talked about dream 100 how to use it for traffic handle over partnerships – I mention relationships things like that after that then paying June came on state and paint June is actually the number one affiliate for the expert seekers book but a lot people here don’t know him he’s awesome and he he drove me in a circle while ago and had a chance to meet him and get to know him and he’s just an awesome dude so he got up and taught this process that he does he basically spends three days once a quarter and he films like 100 videos and then he’s done and then from there he’s that steam that breaks up and like they turn into him Instagram post and she can videos and YouTube and Facebook and like he shows the whole process of how everything works and it was it was amazing people were like draw a dropping holy cow like that’s the process it was cool because conversation domination which I thought about the first day was all about like here’s something you dominate each channel have like a specific type show for his channel and his like how to create content then push it across all these channels you’ve been building up to build reciprocity built following and the blend of those two concepts is really really cool in fact those who joined the two column Club X coaching program we’re gonna be giving you our systems that kind of blend both those two worlds together so that’s for another day but the coolest thing about paying June is presentation outside of him blowing everybody’s mind was the end of him he showed a video clip of him try learning public speaking and he’s on stage and he was so bad and nervous and awkward it’s like this coach critiquing him back and forth and and he showed kind of where he came from and how how bad of a speaker he wasn’t how nervous how introvert and all these things and now from that how he’s become this huge person out with you know three or four million followers on Facebook you know makes tens of millions of dollars a year and his whole thing and this transformation he wins her and how he had to learn in and earn and become it and that was I think one of the coolest things you see this person who would have evolved himself through hard work and I didn’t give everybody hope it like wow no matter where I’m at like I can I can become but I want to be like a ping Jun and look who he’s become and I can do that if he can do that which is really really cool then after that that Alex and Leila hermos II came on the stage was cool by them is that since I’ve known Alex he’s launched and and blown up three or four businesses and always kind of walks away from him and in April this year he launched a new company and from April till now he barely crossed the finish line but was less than a year the new coming launched not only did they hit the comma Club but they hit two comma Club X they made over ten million dollars in a funnel in less than a year which was cool and they did all through high ticket sales in fact I was shown his value out it’s like they don’t even have a full value at it basically have two rungs and they just sell really expensive stuff and so they came up and showed their how they do their cells and their pitch and one of the big things they talked about which was so cool was like when you’re doing when you’re doing high ticket sales and any kind of sells like like you’re selling the vacation right like I’m selling it like we just like you don’t sell like okay you’re on vacation you got to pack your bags or your kids in order here your family packing on and find a ride to the airport then you get the airport you got to go through the luggage another like you don’t you know sell this horrible like experience you sell a vacation like who he wants to go to Hawaii and we’re gonna be at the beach and gonna see like the waterfalls crash here you’re backing massages every night like that’s what you sells the vacation obviously they gotta get to the vacation stuff that happens and it kind of same thing them like looking at understand yourself high ticket things like you’re so like the work you sell the vacation like what’s the vacation I’m gonna go on and then reverse engineer that to get somebody to actually buy what it is you’re selling and it was man it was really really cool so their presentation was amazing as well then after that we had a lunch break we came back from lunch then we did the the award so we had a bunch of awards we gave out we gave our dream car winners I think we’re playing 50 or 60 people to win a car through the cliff phone’s affiliate program so we gave away those awards then we had an inner circle member of the year so all the inner circle members who would one member the month came up and then we awarded the member of the year and Dana Derek’s won that which was cool and then we did all-too-common Club Awards we had over 250 eight people that even have a ninety one of them are there so we can be ninety-one Awards send people a two and one person at 7-7 to call Club Awards which is awesome and then we did the 8 figure award which is the new award this year and we had 15 people I think 17 to have qualified at 15 over there that received the reward is big huge plaque twice as big as a two comma Club one plus they get a ring that’s like two carats of gold and four carats of diamonds or two ounces of gold four carats of diamond and like a Super Bowl ring and it was really cool they say we’re making this thing the Emmys and the Oscars and the Grammys of our industry each those rings cost us like King grands so we can’t rely a whole lot of hardware Dave was like carrying on his luggage the whole trip like hoping he didn’t get mugged and get robbed because it was like hundred grand in rings at least but as we do for our people so keep on selling and you’ll be fun getting rewarded by us after that and then Sonny D came out and did the Sunny D clickfunnels wrath which is awesome and then after that it doesn’t talk about for a little bit because this is where I wanted to take a group of people through the process you know we just gave everyone awards and it’s like I honestly leave anybody who’s Sidney audience could be on the stage in 12 months now and winning in a two comic level war like I’ve seen it happen so many times I don’t think it’s impossible in fact I think is probable if people follow process and so it’s like well what’s that process look like like if I set a goal between now and next year I had it I had to make a million dollars in a funnel and my my life depended on it what would I do and it’s like I kind of talked about that or my presentation is called the 12-month million how to become a millionaire the next 12 months you can get to call Club award and and then I didn’t talk about myself I had five people come up and talk about sad Steven Larson like Kate you gotta create an offer that was so irresistible people had to buy what would it look like so he did supposed to be ten minutes going for seventeen but whatever 70 minute presentation here’s how I create the irresistible offer then after I had Julie story and come and say do okay now he had this offer that use creative Steven now yet you had to figure out how to get this thing that created the right funnel to do what would you do and she walked through this really cool process of like there’s two types of funnels there’s a presentation funnel or an unboxing phone depending what the offer was you know we would sell it through a presentation like a video sales letter or a webinar or we do an unboxing funnel where we unbox the offer and put it in a strategic line of sequence which is like your front end your upsell your down so and so she walked through that which was oh so insanely cool number two the number three than Jon parce que masticate you’ve got this funnel now you got make money how you knew fast he went through this testing process we learned from the Harmon brothers how to test a whole bunch of ads creative videos and a very short find out for your time for like under 100 bucks we walked through the whole process which was cool and now it’s like now we know exactly what abs gonna be the best and then we had a James P thrill get up and talk about you know you got this offer this traffic things of that how do you now like systemize this you’re not gonna drown like most entrepreneurs do we walked through his Trello process which was super cool and the bat meeting is how we do our bass signal meetings here in the office and then he got that man out sharp and got up and he talked about how he’d actually build the all-star team that could actually do this and facilitate and run the whole thing and it was really cool they all shared their stuff and then a fleurs ever gave me huge round of applause we showed an animated video we made called the Justice League and basically show these guys are my Justice League we brought them together tell my company and then I had these guys call stage that’s okay now how many guys want this Justice League to help you do it and we made an offer for our new coaching program called two comma Club X and my goal coming in this was like to be at 250 ish people to sign up and to get over a thousand and within the next year so that’s kind of what we structured it as I made the offer which was probably the best offer I made in the history of my life and when the dust cleared we had over 650 people sign up for a two-column Club X program at $18,000 a year or $89 a month seek me the math on that but it was it was insane and now I’m home in the office were scrambling this whole week getting everything prepared put together packed today I’m actually giving out the membership site access everybody get started but the program is amazing to get it work with all five of those coaches depending where they are on their business I clear a timeline they move through that we’re doing the systems event where we give people all the Trello systems we have they’re doing another event there you know about that they’ll find out about the members there which is super cool and then and then there’s a big cruise we’re gonna big party cruise at the beginning of next year before fun hockey live everyone come on and like celebrate and networking go on vacation together for for a week and a bunch of other cool things so it’s really insane offer that did two four six three times more than I thought was going to so it was awesome and then we broke to dinner gotta already signed up and they came back from dinner I had to go work on that oh you are funnel cuz I hadn’t finished it yet and I was obviously running an event it was almost done my team was building but I just couldn’t things I want to add to it so I actually worked my room before I did I introduce the five coaches again and Branco Peters and and they did hotsy coaching so a bunch of people fill in forms asking questions and they actually acts like two or three hours they’re coaching one-on-one with people which was super super cool and they were super late doing that and they all hung out helping coaching and serving people all night long which was awesome so that was day number two the two Carmel Club and we showed people to pass the process and then a bunch and we took outside the event now take them to hold their hand walk them through becoming a two-column member next 12 months because my goal for all those people and you just have you on stage next year getting your – comma Club Awards so that was day number three of the event I know can it get even better if that was who three days I made one more full day coming and the last day was called change the world how didn’t I like change the world so I’m gonna talk about that in in tomorrow’s podcast but that is the next step so I hope you guys enjoyed that those were fun liking live hope they gives you quick reminder of all the amazingness you experienced those who weren’t there will be gives you some ideas some tips some tips are along the way but hopefully most importantly it helps you understand why it’s so important to be there I mean I would sell my house if that’s what it took to be there because the ability to network with people and the ghost of the system this process people always asked like how to pick my and my own speakership from liking live and honestly the biggest thing is unlike most events like look the most marketing events or probably any man oh no they come in and it’s like million breakout rooms and I teach everything you pick which track do you want stuff like that and for me like Funaki I was really a storyline link it’s like there’s a story I want to take people through and it’s a journey and that’s why we don’t publish schedules ahead of time some people like I’m coming this one but not this one thing do you understand like everyone these speakers was handcrafted to tell part of the story and they all line up in a very systematic order if you miss one of them you miss a piece that build upon the next piece the next pieces so I picked my speakers on one number one having high energy I want to keep the energy a little high but number two it’s like they fit the storyline of what I’m trying to tell at the event and so I feel bad I’ve had friends who are like why don’t you let me speak why couldn’t I speak this year whatever it’s like your message did invent a storyline and that’s the most important thing is not any of not me or you or anybody as a speaker it’s the storyline for the audience and the attendees is the most important part and so that’s how I pick my speakers is the story I need everybody to have to break false beliefs so they could actually achieve what they need in their life and so it’s fun all right that said I’m gonna balance and tomorrow I will tell you guys the last day where we had what’s up everybody this russell brunson welcome to marketing secrets podcast to them recovering day number two of the funnel hacking live event so the big question is this power on sewers like us you didn’t cheat and take on venture capital for spending money from our own pockets how do we mark it in a way the lets us get our products and our services and the things that you believe in outs of the world and yet still remain profitable in this podcast we’ll give you the answers my name is Russell Brunson and welcome to marketing secrets everyone so first off I totally failed you all I was planning on recording all these while I was dizzy with my kids and my family well I still top of mind the problem was that Disney with my kids my family was insane we did Disney day one we went to Magic Kingdom and the day two we did Animal Kingdom which was both awesome we also paid for one of those guides that like go and bite you in the front of every line which is really really nice not gonna lie nobody took a day off but that day was like super even more hard it’s the kids made Sun and fever and I got sunburned it was awesome umm then next two days went to the Harry Potter land and did that it was amazing and then next day we flew out and then now we’re here so it’ll be high but I still want to go through the last three days of fun like II live because it was such an amazing experience so last episode I talked about day number one which was we kicked off for Lockheed law I’ve talked about going from zero to million million to ten 10 to 100 Kaylin talked about building your culture Natalie talked about about vulnerability and then in an item a conversation nomination presentation which it was showing you how to get your dream clients addictively binge-watching you on every platform you live on and warning us aggressive approach is only for those who truly believe in their message that’s kind of fun one and then we did the operation Underground Railroad were raised over a million dollars I hit 20 has that last episode if not spoiler alert we raised over a million dollars for operation Oregon Railroad we showed the documentary and it was amazing so that was day number one and we’re going to bed that night at about midnight I was just like I’ve been crying all night I bit like it was so emotional and intense and amazing as they how assisted me they go on for day number two but the show must go on today number two started Devon did what he’d always does and brings the energy into the room which was awesome and then all we started with actually world teacher aide and usually world teacher day we do a big fundraiser for them but unfortunately we weren’t able to this year because we were doing the project with operation of gotten railroad but inside clickfunnels a lot people know this but every time you have a funnel that goes live which means because at least 100 visitors we donated a dollar towards royalty trade and we save that up for the entire year we don’t tell stood a man we keep the top secret and then it were at fun like and I would give them a big check for that and so this year’s check was like 133,000 thought the right number yeah over one hundred thirty three thousand dollars so they came on stage talked about world he trade they show us a really cool video about and he gave him this huge check which was really really cool and it was fun as Stu then took the check here to fly home that night so through the airports through baggage claim and like video to him taking the check home which was really really funny so it was a big ol huge check so that was amazing and then after that then I did a presentation called funnel audibles I think of all my presentations of this event that was the one that people I think resonated the most I was really proud of it it took us took about six of us four three now four days to like gather all the data to be able to show that and then create a presentation and everything and I think hey people hope they’re like oh my gosh this is not that hard thing I can actually do this and so I’m sure Sunday will make it front end product or a video or a book or I don’t know something because I think it was that powerful and important but it was really cool people like I take notes like crazy taking pictures the thing like gasping and like it was it was really cool I was proud of it so the title was funnel audibles had an L so you can scale it so I talked I’d basically talked about how like most of my funnels my first launch M don’t have success like they kind of flop and I showed a bunch of Mike this is the numbers and most people like they they create the first funnel and they launched it and doesn’t make money and then I call this funnel things a scam Russell’s a scam and the rallies it’s like no it’s it’s ala J just have to understand it to make audibles and what was cool is that my dad was actually in the room first Phonak in life he came to Sai actually him come pon stage and I shared a story about when I started wrestling my I was wrestling my junior Europe my planners women’s state championship my very first match I wrestle this kid named Nick Fresquez and he had taken second place here before and he beat me pretty good I remember I was devastated when a power one tell people that wrestling was a scam and the whole thing was you know I mean but my dad filmed the match and my dad was smart enough that night he watched the match over and over and over again the next morning I woke up he’s like okay here’s we got to do and I was like no dad I’m like I’m sad I’m depressed I don’t want to he’s like no we have to learn how to beat him and so we started practicing and and we started practicing the moves and how to counter the moves he did against me all sorts of stuff and we did that every single day for four months until the state tournament and state tournament actually in tube wrestling Nick fresque was in the finals was Crazy’s actually into beating him with the same move he’d beat me with and it was kind of crazy cool so I told that sort of my dad which was really cool and he sat back down and then I just talked about funnels the same way most of our funnels don’t work amazing the very first time out the gate so you put him out the gate and then it’s like you drive some traffic to it you see where all the numbers lie and then you make the B audibles the tweaks and the changes and I walked through what we did and why we did in a psychology if I cool like what we’re looking for on each page and it was it was really cool and I showed the difference between like trip wire funnels versus webinar funnels for high ticket funnels like the the tweaks and changes we have based on those which was really cool and then and then actually at James P frugal gum on stage he was talking he had a funnel called a rows Club for men that he launched and completely off its like negative in the hole and then he messaged me I told him a couple tweaks he made tweaks and then it blew up and then he kind of showed the stats the numbers and it was really really cool to see how it was like these little tiny tweaks and changes so that was that was that was my favorite presentations I really enjoyed that one it was awesome then after that I had a 10 take a break which is nice too sat in the back greenroom and I had a chance to watch a whole inch of our inner circle members share their types of funnels the first was Dean Hall and he talked about the ultimate funnel which were his free plus shipping funnels and Deana might have had a fun thing he’s been a minor circle now for a couple years and it’s funny cuz like I’ll do something and he’ll be they kill box means like Russell wait I just thought thing you did I’m like yeah he’s like well that’s awesome said he’ll do it and he tries to one-up me he’s like well I’m gonna try this and he does something else and I’ll see and I’m like dude you did that he’s like I know it would go back and forth to keep one-upping each other and so his business his models really simple is that free plus shipping upsells in an Thank You page webinar and that’s kind of similar what we’re doing nowadays and it’s it’s really cool going back and forth it’s so simple so easy and so he showed his his ultimate funnel and it was it was awesome so the way he does his free plus shipping funnels are amazing next was Nick dougherty dot I always say his name wrong Nick dougherty die said right dot dot tree da tree boom I doubt it anyway maybe not sorry Nick I apologize the GH silent it’s confusing so anyway he uh he’s worked for a company called truth about cancer and they’ve done a whole bunch of huge documentary funnels they did a twenty million dollar one on truth got cancer they did the truth about vaccines and then truth out pet cancer or pet vaccines and a bunch of other ones so he came out and talked about documentary funnels which was really really cool especially since I’m building documentary funnel right now for operation underground railroad so it’s cool to see that in fact if he has a funnel university members recently funnel hacked the truth about cancer funnels it’s one of the newsletters in there so you can go and see kind of behind the scenes but he talked about the strategy and how they did it in the psychology and how it worked and why it worked and it was really cool to see behind the scenes that Nick did an amazing job there after that Jason flavin got up and talked about three different webinar funnels that he uses evergreen ones NDA ones live ones it was really cool to kind of hear different different ways to do webinars that he’s done which brought to my attention he talked about he does an NDA webinar we I feel like signed an NDA didn’t get on the webinar and it’s a big deal and it causes this intrigue and it reminded me back in the day with rippln we did this really cool thing where it was really cool in rippln just showing rip on here to sign an NDA to be able to get in and it was a big NDA thing which was really really cool and so and we got one and a half million members to join rippln through this NDA process and Henry sparked my mind about that so got me excited in fact you may be seeing its secret NDA thing coming out in the near future me so that’s exciting to see so I was Jason so we had lunch after lunch then Rachel Peterson came on stage and Rachel’s amazing she’s like nine months pregnant she was it’s funny like I asked her to speak and then the next inner circle meeting I saw her and she’s now she’s pregnant my god and then I was like wait a minute what date like when’s your due date she’s like I’m speaking on your stage I’m not me tell you my due date so I didn’t know when it was I knew it was close and so she was up there on stage and she killed it she I think she had doctors and stuff she brought in the on he’s just in case she had a baby while she’s on stage right Fred met her first one on stage I gave her a hug and like I hope my water breaks onstage thing ever so Rachel GaN states talked about the hidden funnel the relationship funnel how you build these relationships for the audience her story is amazing like she um two or three years ago she wrote a blog post about her tiny wedding ring and how she was making money now and bunch of people asked her like when she upgraded a ring she’s like I’m not like this this symbolizes my love my husband and my family all stuff and it went crazy viral had like 70 million reads before she got picked up by Today Show and all these other things and it was just crazy and and then her whole thing she had this huge flood of insane traffic and I was like what do you do with all this it’s like if you transitions like a relationship funnel like bringing them into this relationship with you that’s the that’s the magic that’s the power her presentation was awesome after that my man who has the most never stop speaking packing live is Dave Linden bomb Dave’s amazing he had this intro rap that he spent like two or three months writing that intro the him getting on stage he came out and his energy is so high and so he did an amazing job talking about Redemption funnels so what’s the Redemption funnel I don’t spoil the surprise but the concept behind it’s brilliant for some talk about says like dude your brain thinks in a way that’s different from anyone else ever men so the redemption funnel was basically using sites like Groupon and there’s a lot of other ones it’s a Groupons a good example right where you sell something on Groupon or you find other people are selling things on Groupon and then you give them your product as a bonus so he sells Coon bachi kits Kabu chick cuts and her say it right kombucha kombucha kits it’s like Hugo and either he’ll sell kombu tickets through a Groupon or to find out people selling similar things and he’ll give them on there they keep a Jeff they buy a Groupon offer like hey get a free kombucha kit and we should basically a free plus shipping offer and so people who already bought something on Groupon then come to redeem their free offer which is a free plus shipping funnel and brings people in the funnel and it’s in sync it’s basically getting the top buyers to come and redeem your your your free plus shipping but their company because that’s what they bought the three plus shipping is how they’re redeeming it anyway it was brilliant and insanely good and Dave is genius but he makes me nervous with the microphone in his hand but he did did he stick to his time he was a little over but he did good we were very nervous about him sticking to his time but he did awesome after that Ben Allison Prince gonna stage Allison didn’t know what clickfunnels or photo hacking was a year ago she came all in and she made the chicama club before we we got there and she did it by they building out amazing case study first and she did an amazing job telling her story she is insanely cool and she’s in the process now I was selling off all her ecommerce businesses she’s having so much fun teaching people how to do the e-commerce stuff she’s got you know I think three or four multi-million dollar ecommerce businesses and anyway but she’s enjoying this part of the process even more which I took a lot of time the ecommerce is awesome but the info side is so much more rewarding I think so she’s doing a lot more coaching now which is cool and she’s she’s killing it she had a goal hit to common club before she got on stage somehow magically she did it she crushed it Allison was amazing that that Myron golden got on stage if you ever Myron speak he’s just go search him on YouTube and listen his Facebook like that it’s like I could listen to Mayer and speak for days and never get tired of him is amazing so he got up and talked about four levels of value which were so cool I’m so grateful he shared that then after Myron got off stage then James barber who is the Phantom of the Opera on Broadway came and sang which was cool but not only did he sing which was amazing during his singing we had a couple who actually came up on stage and James actually got brought the the the stay wife it’s not like that the father the girl up sat on stage and like saying to her what’s up soon to be found so I say yeah soon be fiance she came on stage and had had him close he had her like close your eyes I’m gonna sing to you I want you to imagine this whole thing so she her eyes closed and while we’re doing that then her her boyfriend came up on stage so behind him and then when he got done he turned it around and his her boyfriend is there and he dropped her knee and proposed which was so cool and she said yes luckily for all of us could be real nervous but she said yes which was so cool and that was awesome so then after that then Todd and Ryan and me got on stage we did our multi-dimensional marketing presentation which was all the new action X M D which stands for action X multi-dimensional the new features in action edit we showed it all people went crazy and it was really cool so we showed that off and you guys are here some more about that here soon and I’m not gonna go deep into that because I don’t wanna ruin surprise for those who when you find out about it here in the future but for everyone at the event they got unlocked a whole bunch of cool features and things that are all playing this right now and then after that we had round tables so we had how many round tables do we have 48 48 to Carmel Club members were sitting at a table each they had their own table and you come asking any questions you want and I had people tell me that they would have paid ten thousand dollars alone just for the roundtable sessions because right ok I talked to this guy and this guy and like and it was cool cuz like the coaches that were doing it were like well I’m really good at this but you need traffic you talk to this guy and they’d run that round table and Ikey that was gonna be to talk to this guy for this part and they were running around and everyone got a ton of value so that was awesome and that was day number two is that crazy like what two days and I was like do we done more in two days and most events to do in like the entire event and it was it was amazing so that’s kind of what day number two is so day number one the theme was impacting income day number two the theme was one funnel way so I talked about the funnel audibles we’ve had people share whole bunch different types of funnels from free bliss shipping funnels documentary funnels webinar funnels relationship funnels Redemption funnels what to do before the funnel begins the four levels of value like the
