all right we’re going today it’s happening this is the first version of the cookbook what it’s not even gonna be written yet you feel marketing power that’s coming from it yes I’m on this thing I’m trying to get rid of caffeine about life because it’s the devil but I love it we got this really cool cube thing the boost productivity and the goals see how many of us 32 33 minute windows you can get done in a day okay we got a little bit of a dilemma right now we’re getting 502 errors because we’re crashing their side I snuck out so it’ll take my like his drugs and how many see me and then there was like we serve item SE and drugs can mean caffeine it’s the hardest drug I do yes Dave you were to be completely bald or have gray hair no I was likely it’ll be a mix of the two [Music] okay you guys have absolutely no idea what kind of stuff happens around here so Todd Jay basically just created an entire product inside of ClickFunnels™ overnight and then Stevens basically creating add a whole affiliate center I got 25 minutes baby I got like 12 things on the list so I’m going to go film things 25 minutes it’s about two minutes apiece go baby go oh I love Fridays I am super excited for today I’m gonna be literally talking though for the next probably 7 hours I’ve got a chair in here I usually don’t got the paparazzi oh I’m super stoked I have a coaching call for the next two hours and then after that certified partners have asked that I come in and teach a really cool training on how we build ecommerce funnels so I’m really excited because I personally built this funnel for somebody and forward from click funnels I’ve done a couple times with Russell and every time we always get a frantic phone call about three days later asking us to turn it off because they’re selling too well and so anyway I’m excited I’m gonna go show the econ funnel I’m literally going to take an actual client live with me on the call for the next like five six hours and I’m gonna go build out their entire funnel with them in front of hundreds of people excited in front of all the certified partners and show how we actually do the e-commerce because it’s one of the top selling categories in ClickFunnels™ overall it is the top actually so I’m excited this is gonna be a good day [Music] all right so sales letter is being printed right here there’s all these blocks where we have like fake stock images we’ve kind of plugged in what so Jake’s board is some designers to have all these created so as you go through it’ll be like this will be right there and then this one will be like right there just got ours prospector in our nude squirrel right every see what he’s got on the couch you got the she devil and the angel that’s all you got that pickaxes you got bought too many tools still haven’t make anything yet it’s one of the competitors come to thrash you that’s so funny anyway s Kaduri so that’s the game plan for the fun of the waves no we’re not really nervous both of you [Laughter] [Music] yesterday we showed you these guys he’s got my back here they are obligated and there’s all the gold that you’re that close with the gold oh my gosh that is awesome this that is crazy cool it looks good good is this is half of it you’re not going to be really big here’s the fire cookbook access that happened twice I think we call them are you serious that’s sweet oh my goodness this is ingredients so if you were making a cake that’s like eggs flour bacon stuff like that you feel marketing power that’s coming from it yes under my pillow to sleep in your are glowing a little [Music] I’ll explain in a second but first so the late great Eugene Schwartz taught a concept papers call that basically what you would do is he would work for 33 minutes to sit down for 33 minutes but he’s like focus and you can’t do anything else you can’t leave can’t you said there knew nothing but you can’t leave the thing you’re doing for 33 minutes 33 minutes is over then you just stop need to jump up jump around crazy commercials like any blood flowing for 6 minutes that’s done you jump back in you do another cycle I’m on this thing I’m trying to get rid of caffeine about life because it’s the devil even though I love it and I realized Robbins event like you don’t eat on caffeine you’re so you jump around and like the blood with your body gives you the energy and so I’m ok how do we craft energy number one that’s these things are these trick your brain because this morning second thing is we got this really cool cube thing the Boost product to productivity turn this thing on you pick what time so let’s say you want 30 minutes oh and then starts hang on clock 30 minutes go and you start working as soon as done then you flip it to five jump around jump around go crazy flip back to 30 and the goal see how many of those 30 to 33 minute windows you can get done in a day we should try it so Steve and I are gonna start competing let’s do it your spy bit these gonna be doing this so there you go code to be secret I snuck out to go take my like his drugs and not having him see me and then I was like we serve I haven’t seen drugs would mean caffeine was this is the hardest drug I do I think my dick did I’m pretty sure they did yeah well I have pretty bad headaches when I stopped at the wrong really yeah I used to start my name’s Steven Lars said I’ve been caffeine sober for now three months we are no not totally wish today for some reasons do you guys gonna get multiple perspectives tap main basically we’re doing to try and get more people to get prepared for the pre-launch so the one we launched about our video star just us for lunch tomorrow there’s us looks like 250,000 people on our community plus all the influencers and the big thingy loose we decide use make a pre-launch party but basically if they come here they sign up for free and then they get return link and everyone they refer we give them a buck and hopefully by doing that they give lots of bucks we lots of people this video goes viral and we build a real large list on Facebook huh yes basically we’re making me a psycho viral so then we can go viral for real this is brilliant robot nation so close not done them’s gonna get done and then he’s gonna finish building the new ClickFunnels™ website which has been looking amazing it’s almost there oh your second one yes please tell me I really want them to know what to look for he clicked the button he’s going K so I’m gonna do is Facebook live to the affiliate group you have throwing that same link into the thing okay what’s up everybody we are a little bit late okay forget a little bit of it dilemma right now we just launched this crazy thing and now everyone’s going out and trying to get their links and we used to write link and what’s happening is we’re getting 502 errors because we’re crashing their side ah all right so apparently these are this huge SAS company who we sent 20 ml five so that you mostly got set and complete crash their short 15 minutes and so instead of fixing it takes them three three days to fix it Todd just gonna custom code the entire thing you build into ClickFunnels™ in the next two hours oh but the initial momentum is like yeah stop sucks my video was really cool uh relaunch that I figured out so sorry you guys this has been one of those things so we did something that was stupid we trusted something that wasn’t ClickFunnels™ and I realized that I love ClickFunnels™ and only click funnels so the third-party system we were doing did you to track the $1 per leak we literally said not that much traffic in the whole thing collapse [Music] okay we need to document this we’re saying how crazy it is like how many things every day come up fire after fire after fire what we want to stop and someone told me that you committed the measure of the success of anyway based on the number of hard conversations that they have and the number of problems that they’ve solved you know what the favorite world of song is hold on waist let’s go back the 90s for the song is written and still every time i refresh this 20 or 30 people in a Filipino 10 short notice I will talk about it broken viral oh that’s it I’ve been no that’s not good some other brands [Applause] [Music] at last 12 hours we basically rebuilt referral rock from the ground up building that I click phones got relaunched about to launch again huh and I’m really tired said yesterday he goes Dave you were to be completely bald or have gray hair no see that was likely it’ll be a mix of the two so I’m totally bald white hair all because of this blank blank companies screwed up and now we have to relaunch Todd completely rebuilt everything thank you so much Todd and Jane you guys totally rock you stay up all night long took an entire competitor’s product put inside of click photos crazy iframes affiliate sales all rebuilt everything done so we can send us now absolutely thousands of thousands of people who then will generate millions and millions of views and generate a hundred thousand people already excited to come watch our viral video launch on September 15 whose frustrating though the fact before we got it and did this thing right where we should custom code and click phones back we don’t have time let’s just use this other software and we told them right we’re gonna make we’re you get a hundred thousand referrals in seven days oh yeah we can handle that so yesterday we had like three three or four hundred went into it right and then crash they calls I’m like dude you said hundred grand right we’d think you’d actually do it like that was honestly the response but there’s only like four hundred people in like 15 minutes is hardly anybody like 15 minutes opt-ins like we’re looking at to three million people going through your referral link something right uh hold on let’s get back to you so they got back this morning for us to do that they want ten grand to go the polar software in a new server recode the whole thing so they can actually handle that much traffic and take three days right you know what we had a superpower we got a Todd doesn’t touch the ground we had a Tata Jamie and a talk to Jamie equals like it was like three hours wasn’t it yeah three hours of repo holding the ground up building to the feature now is live so more the story using a what’s up everybody’s russell brunson welcome back to video number two here in our funnel hacker onboarding series inside the marketing secrets podcast i hope he has enjoyed yesterday’s podcast talking about why funnel is why they’re important today we’re talking about the value adder so the big question is this power onch Brewers like us who didn’t cheat and take on venture capital for spending money from our own pockets puddly market in a way the lets us get our products and our services and the things that we believe in out to the world and yet still remain profitable that is the question in this podcast we’ll give you the answers my name is russell brunson and welcome to marketing secrets alright so with that before I show you the video a lot of times when people think about value adders because I think it’s way I explained it in the dot-com secrets book I talked about going from page one you shouldn’t be funnel one to funnel two to Vonn a funnel three which is it’s true but for most people they spend so much time mapping out the value out of like this is we’re gonna go next 20 years you know invention I mean hiring coaching and then I’m gonna coach the president the United States I’m gonna become the president United States like they’re going so deep in this huge value ladder which is good so you don’t sound like here’s where I’m going but then it comes down to the micro like what’s the value out here like when someone hits my landing page what’s the value I’m giving them here when they opt-in what’s the value and so that’s what this trains about is kind of micro level of value out and how they kind of work together so let’s watch that clip right now I hope you guys enjoy it and we’ll see you on the next episode all right welcome back now in the last video we talked about what is the funnel and by the way if you haven’t had a chance to read accom seekers book I would recommend it because this is where we go deep into like what is the funnel the whole concept of whoever spends the most money to acquire customer wins is all talked about in here we talked about funnel structures and like it’s a really good books help you understand the strategy behind funnels if you don’t have it yet so click on the button down below there’ll be a page we can go get a book I think it’s 795 shipping and handling but that’s what this is all about help you understand funnel structure better now one of the core concepts inside of here that I want to share with you because it’s such a key to understanding how funnels work is a constant called the value ladder and so the way the value ladder works if you look at this image right here on the left-hand axis you have value this is how much of value you’re giving someone as the arrow goes up the the value is on the bottom axis as price and then you go to the right the price gets more and more expensive now most business owners like the most ideal thing would be able to provide the most amount of value for somebody get the most amount of money right like for example we have a coaching program we charge a million dollars to create somebody’s funnel for them and that’s amazing right like in a perfect world I could go to every single person in that ok it’s a million dollars but I’ll create a funnel for you and it’s gonna be awesome and the problem is like if I walked up to this I saw you on the street the first time I’m like hey my name is Russell Brunson I know I look like I’m 11 years old but if you give me a million dollars I will build a funnel for you you’re gonna think I’m insane right because I provided zero value to this point yeah that’s what a lot of us as business owners are doing we’re coming we’re pitching our most expensive high thing and like shooting for the fences but people have not received value firmer so they don’t want that so if you look at like how businesses work it move to this thing called a value ladder where initially when someone first comes into your world they’re kind of testing the water and they’re filling things out so what you want to do is try to provide value for them right there for free and if they get value the tip that are tolling the water like wow that was really really quite a good experience was so-and-so and they receive value us as humans we naturally will want more and we’ll start sending up saying well that was a really good experience like what else do you have and we’ll move up the value ladder we have a chance to offer them more value but they’ll give you more money and then they receive value at that level they’ll naturally want more and they’ll keep moving through this ascension until you either stop selling them something or tell you offend them and that’s how business works and so for you is understanding this process of the value ladder and you know listen in the real world right somebody came in to you the first day and said hey what do you do for a living you would tell them and you can explain some stuff and try to give them something with like oh cool that’s awesome and you build some rapport and there’d be some value there and then the next thing you do is you could offer them something else ok it’s the same thing like if you like if and when you met your spouse like the first time you met them you know the first thing you ask them on a date and then have the you provide value if they have a good time on the date then you go on a second date and it keeps going on until you get married right there’s there’s this logical progression yet for some reason online we all forget that all these like common-sense rules fall out that out of the world cuz right oh they’re pixels and they’re their things and it’s traffic of it no it’s people you have to understand that so what happens is every single funnel is the value adder okay when somebody comes my very first page I’m saying hey my name is Russell Brunson I want you to give me your email address if I there you receive no value like why would I give you my email address can become too patient like hey my name’s Russell and I wrote a really cool report called blah blah blah blah blah whatever it is and say I’ll give you this report for free just give me an email address and I’ll send it to you and you’re right huh okay you give me an email address I send you this report you get a report you some value like that was really really good Russell’s a cool dude then on the next page in the funnel that’s like hey I just sent you the report and go check it out think you’re gonna love it but while you’re here I’ll make a really special offer to you and not try to provide value again like normally I sell this thing for blog I’m gonna give you a special discount because you’re here right now or you know whatever that thing might be because your first-time subscriber normally you know first thing I wanna sell you is this thing it’s like lot of times in my business I sell books for really really cheap or we do you know if you’re an offline business maybe it’s a maybe it’s a free exam or whatever it is but it’s something you’re providing value okay and if someone gets that they buy the next thing and then the next page is like hey you just bought my book for 795 on the next page it’s like hey that your books coming you’re gonna love but you know some people like to learn in a classroom situation I have a home study course it’s this or whatever that thing might be okay same thing works in e-commerce case people always tell me well that works in information but not in e-commerce but the same thing works in e-commerce one of our number one click funnel sellers right now he built a huge funnel it was the most successful funnels I’ve ever seen and started with a flashlight hey this is a tactical flashlight would you like to buy it and people bought the flashlight and they started thinking how else can I provide value to this person and short Bream through a vet through a value out he said look you bought a flashlight for this price how’d you like a second one a 50% off and boom my house people said yes there’s like hey now you got a flashlight we want to get like a carrying case we can put it in and people like oh yeah sure yes boom inning took next thing and he kept thinking how is stripe right in value hey you want Russia ping yes hey do you want this yes and slow evaluator is always thinking about that so every time I’m working on a funnel I’m thinking about this is like somebody is they see an ad they see something they click on something they come to my page the first page of my funnel and I’m thinking how do I provide this person value what do I want in return I want their email address or maybe want their credit card I may want them to register for a webinar or maybe I want them whatever you that the action is on that page I’m thinking how do I provide value to this person and if I do in a cool way and they connect they have a good experience guess what they’re gonna want to buy again and again and that’s how you build a business the right way okay and so as we do more and more of these trainings value out because value ladder is happening in a bunch of places happens inside of your front every page in your funnel is the next step of a mini value ladder okay also and we’ll talk about this in the next the next major training absalom goes through your first funnel then usually have a second funnel and that’s the bigger piece of the value so kind of like the micro and the macro and so these things are happening all the time but for the before any eyes when you’re thinking about that it’s like every single interaction having somebody I need to provide them value and then if they like that they will naturally ascend up and want more value and I can charge them more and if they like that I can provide brighter more me keep taking them through this process okay that’s how I can go right now and get people to pay me a million dollars to build a funnel for him because I provided value at all these loves that provide value for my books through my software to my training to my events now when it comes to their it’s like yes I trust Russell I have rapport with him he’s awesome I believe that he will do what he’s gonna do and now they’re willing to invest the big money okay and so if your business the same thing and so he I started thinking through that and so he has just understand that concept of the value ladder can your homework for right now is to map out a value ladder now this is not talking about all the products and services might sell them over the next ten years sometime about just this initial funnel the funnel you started building in the last walkthrough you have all these different pages right depending on which funnel you picked inside the cookbook and what you think in case someone lands on this page what’s the value I’m providing them in exchange for whatever’s happening their email address then if I go the next page what’s the value I’m providing in exchange for them to give me their credit card what’s the value I’m providing to get them to buy the upsell what’s the value to get them to register for the webinar like whatever that thing is for your business I want thinking through that and writing out every single like look at all the pages in that funnel and just think through what’s the value out of taking them through in the inside of this funnel okay and that is the key now in the next video we’re talking about now you got the value how do we structure the offers and then talking the next video about the copy to sell the things on the pages but right now I want you just conceptually thinking about like what do you have to offer people gave all the products and the services and the ideas and the things that you have what’s the logical progression you can take somebody through to give them more and more value so they can build the relationship with you they can buy your products they can buy your services and you can change their life that is the goal so that is the assignment right now and the other thing is if you don’t have a copy of this book yet I there kind of creepy get to the darker spots anyway I hope you guys aren’t awesome I want to make you guys a video and run a podcast today for you guys about something that I think is really really really really important there we go there’s some white for those who are watching the video version in our podcast it doesn’t matter you hear my voice alright so I want to talk about something interesting that I kind of realized today that I think is what keeps a lot of people back and probably kept me back a lot when I was first getting started you know one thing sorry I’m looking for I’m out in the pool house drinking some keto OS because I love this stuff so have one every morning and one every night it is my sweets and then that yeah so that’s what I’m doing so I’m looking for if you wonder what I’m doing and why I’m talking weird but what I’m talking about is today for example we had a lot of crap happened but not like little things either like huge things things that are devastating like things that I think in my past would have crippled notice stop like oh and it’s interesting because I see people nowadays who are in business and they’re moving forward moving forward to try and do seven not just business honestly it’s like all aspects of life is their personal life it’s their family life it’s the relationships I get it kind of you know it bleeds in a lot of different things but for this season you know for this purpose it’s it’s business we’re so really crappy happens you have these plans and things you think you’re gonna be happening and then hit this wall and you’re like you throw your hands up in the air and you like I don’t know what to do and so you just stop right or you just give up and I think there was a time but probably did more of that and I think then I think I’m lucky because I grew up I was a wrestler as body as no and so one thing that happened in the wrestling is and it probably a good thing is I was really bad at first and so I’d get beat a lot in fact my brother Scott who’s gonna be out in this video we first started wrestling he’s my younger brother and he was beating me at first which is like as a Big Brother’s really embarrassing right and then luckily I loved wrestling he didn’t so I was able to pass him but he would’ve been beating my whole life which would have been really embarrassing but uh but because I was getting beat at first like I wasn’t like the best kid so I like I got beat a lot and then I came back and then like I learned how to beat people try the best example this is my junior in high school I was gonna my goals be a state champ but I was gonna make it and then what’s interesting is as I was going for it my first match my senior year or skewed my junior year I Russell’s guy Nick Rusk was from hundred high school and I started I was the ice coming out anyway I told her when I was gonna be state champ bust you know talking all the you know all the confidence stuff and my very first match awesome Nick fresco is who’s returning he took it in second place to state year earlier he’s turning back and he beat me my very first match the whole year and I was like devastated like Oh luckily for me my dad filmed the match and so what we did for the next four months and every single night we watched that match and they would practice it how to beat Nick Fresquez and then I never saw him I never like never wrestled against the rest of the year but then at the end of the year opposites he was ranked first to satanic second weekend against each other in the finals I wrestle him and the finals I beat him because I knew exactly his moves I practice him every day for four months and in fact I actually beat him I think I’ve told you the story before but I beat him with the same move that he had been he beat me with which is kind of fun so I was used to like getting beat up and then coming back and then learning how to when getting beat up come back and win so like that helped me through my life I think in business anything I was like I would start I’d get hit with something and was just like sometimes it’s like hitting a roadblock how many as I felt I’d like hitting while you’re just like stuck you know I don’t know I don’t have overcome this like this is an insurmountable object I can’t like I don’t know how to overcome this and we hit those things right and so like that that happens all the time like I said in business and what’s interesting is most people don’t get past those like they hit the wall and then they freeze up and they stop and then they go watch TV or they they quit or whatever those things are and it’s interesting cuz I see that a lot with our entrepreneurs who like a little roadblock and a couple come and then they they just stop and it’s like like don’t stop keep going keep going but I think that what happens is more you do it the more like your capacity increases and your ability to handle those things and take them and then like plow through them and keep keep moving forward on them you know I mean so today like we had so many things like we’re so sorry we’re just launched this this viral thing if you got a who knows we’re still having you guys watch this but CF goes viral calm was this really cool thing and so well do I want to make or somebody they opt into this thing and then they get a referral link and then they refer other people they get a dollar if everyone they sign up and they make this huge viral thing that would grow really really fast and so we spent the last like two weeks getting all the things put together create a video on the sales page and the structure and the flow and the funnel and like everything was working we tested it and I wanted to build as I click phones we couldn’t because it’s like this is feature we don’t have right now and Todd’s like we could build a future but no time to do it because all crazy stuff is happening for the launch so he didn’t and there was some third-party service we decided to use we use a third-party service we sure can I test all these things aren’t working we got it working so it pretty much worked then we did launch and we sent emails out I started a Facebook live was all exciting and like instantly I was people start coming and then guess what happened boom the whole thing just crashed within like minutes and I would call guys up their services and Mike dude our sites around like the we’ll call you back okay that’s not good and the whole thing is down 15 20 minutes is down and finally see like everything goes all fine they reset their service comes back up and it’s working but we like pause emails and everything at the time so we comes back like 15 minutes later I came in 15 minutes nothing Bad’s happened like you’re good to go like do this because we stopped everything like we stopped the ads you stop that like we stopped everything we’re like if you look at this like I think we had 5% of email has been sent we’d crush their servers and it was just like just done and so all right dude you understand like we’re trying to a hundred thousand options in seven days I might to get that probably gonna be a million to a million happen to be two million people are gonna come through your links like can you handle that like that I know if we can have I’m like dude you told us like we told you the numbers ahead of time like people always tell us numbers but no one ever hit so glad we didn’t believe that is gonna happen I’m like are you just launched his final contest people are signed up the sharing link like we can’t stop this now but that service wasn’t working and it’s just like Kate most people like me five ten years ago to the like we’re screwed we’re gonna do like but it was like okay we gotta keep moving forward like what we gonna do we’re gonna fake since then I messed his Todd and Todd’s like alright I’m pulling an all-nighter and so he him and went and James Smith came in and they like spent the whole next four or five hours coatings holding out and rebuilt from the ground up the entire company software that we did and then built it into ClickFunnels™ and anyway the testings all done and they they’re gonna roll out first thing in the morning then we’re gonna relaunch the viral campaign right afterwards and hopefully get the same impact it was like that could have been very devastating right and then it was like one thing and it’s like four four or five things like that yesterday just today that happened like insane like it’s like the bigger company gets the more fires that are I’m like they’re like four huge fire no five five huge fires at proud say that was one of five huge fires one of them was some Yahoo causing like fistfights and threatening to kill people in our Facebook group and it happens to be a friend and then he comes in and then we block and starts threatening me and like all sorts of stuff and it’s just like hey that’s happening and then like the next thing and the next thing the next thing and like all these fires are happening and the same time I can’t stop because we still have this launch happening so like I spent probably four hours stay working on the new sales letter for when the viral video goes live which is so cool I get so excited and then on top that I got a record like forty videos tomorrow so I was writing scripts for those and like mapping out the sequence in the timeline plus we’re working on the event funnel for the phone hacking live so I had to go through finish do another round of the edits for the schedule and then messaged all this potential speaker or the speakers and invite them to speak and then getting the flow done and then like then the viral-video party way to shift the whole timeline so we’re calling boise state interships it’s like it was all these fires after fire to write any one of those should have crippled us or me or who our entire team and like today’s just stop but like we didn’t and we kept going forward and so I don’t know what I’m sharing this other than I think most people stop way too fast and and I don’t know if it’s just like from doing it so many times and so often and like it’s funny as I remember someone telling me well I think Dan Kennedy told me he said that like once every like once every quarter since a quarter once every quarter an entrepreneur will will come into a face of crisis it’ll either make or break his company I’m like once a quarter like do we’re getting that like four times a day like four quarters of the day that and consistently like it’s crazy like the bigger we get the more those things are some you know the one nice thing is that typically you don’t have company blow up overnight so I’m lucky that you know we had I had ten years of like cutting my teeth and trying this thing and bankrupting two companies gone up and down and all sorts of failures so that when like I have the big success like I my capacity has increased them I’m handling things pretty well I screw up a lot something you guys know your today there’s public scripts where a whole Philly assistant we build out crashes in the middle of the launch and anyway there’s just things that happened and but I think again like most people they just stop too fast it’s like only it’s kind of lifting weights like the only way to keep moving through those things so some you guys hit those things you stop I know I know you so hopefully hopefully at least one or two guys are hearing this and it’s you’re saying that’s me like I hit an obstacle and I freeze and so on but I want you to understand it’s like it’s like lifting weights or like you’re pushing your person you can’t do anymore and it freezes like you can’t keep going like that’s that’s that’s good that’s tearing your muscles then like they repaired you go back again you go back again you go back again and and if you keep doing that like your capacity or increasing it better and better till someday like you’ll have so many problems like me that you haven’t four or five times a day and you’ll just chug shrug it off and it’ll be fine and so on yeah like that’s just yeah I don’t know the exact process to doing it it’s just doing it and it’s just like what I think hits you and you’re like girl that sucks all right let’s go boom you know uh like if you’re gonna find some punching oh that hurts so bad but I’m in the middle of a fight let’s go and then you go right back in like that’s the kind of attitude you got to have when I think you punches you in the face or it knocks you down or whatever because most of those things it’s like it’s like you’re this far away from success in fact on the new sales letter for the click phone’s page you’ll see it some years no like the the viral video is about a gold miner and all the stuff so there’s just one image we have into drawing it’s it says like the miner who quit too early and it shows this guy pickaxe thing and he’s like digging into this huge mountain and then he’s turning around he’s walking away and then you look at the side picture it’s like a side cut of the mountain and you see he’s like an inch away from all this gold and it’s like sometimes that’s how it is a we get punched in the face and it’s like we knock back and then we’re like ding I don’t wanna do that and you just stop and it’s like oh like all you do is step back up and go back in that fight one more time and then and you’re there like you’re so close to it that’s what most people don’t get to because it’s like the the closer you get the more resistance they will be to the thing you want it feels like is you’re coming closer and closer the resistance is coming it’s your ability to get back up and keep going there’s a song in high school the 90’s at least to play back I played it today act like getting hit in the head like five times as I hate a theme song to keep us going right now and it was the song I get not down I get up again like that’s it like you get knocked down and you got to get back up again as fast as you can because the more resistance you’re getting the closer you are to where you’re trying to get to and just know that and so know like whenever you desire right now the closer and closer and closer you gets that the more resistance so you have to increase your capacity to handle that those attacks otherwise you will crumble underneath it and you’ll never get to your goal but just also know like the harder those punches are the more frustrating like all those kind of things it means you’re close and the closer you get hearts gonna be at all sudden boom you’re gonna be there but you got to be willing to get knocked down and get back up again and take that next step take the leap into the faith or take the leap of faith and you don’t take that step into the dark whatever the knowledge is you need to ask you got to do and then we do that then that’s where it’s that like I think most of us may be wrong to come right though I think most of us like the times that we fail we if we fail we don’t know what we want we’re probably one or two like why don’t you knock outs away from success it’s just getting back up putting the gloves back on going back into the ring one more time that’s it maybe you hit again knock down again yikes one more step one more and just it’s it’s there you gotta taste it you gotta feel it alright that’s enough now it’s just like forty analogies hope that one of those connected with you guys I got sports analogies I got everything than anyway all right well [Music] Michael’s not quite over bubble soccer I [Music] need a hundred and fifty people I’m nowhere near kind of hurt right design of thumb is about to begin [Applause] it’s asked to work I have to get a hundred fifty people on Boise State Stadium field I’m half neighbors all right so it’s Monday morning it’s crazy crazy day super super crazy week going on I have to get in shape because we have this crazy soccer foot I would already be in shape before I’d set this up but I come to the gym to work out Russell’s been taking a ton of time here he has actually not been on vacation he’s been here lifting look at the crazy weight Russell’s in the house so checks out this is a new playlist I’m creating called the funnel hacking NZT time every hour on the hour place seven nation army and it’s going on to other songs to keep you in state the whole time [Music] Stephens been here busting it since way before the Sun even came up this morning what’s going on Steve I’ve just fixed it funnels for a sign upon how many funnels are we talking here this year 30 30 30 funnels and this almost done except for eleven of them so only a third of problems and the design athan starts in 40 minutes 40 minutes not bad all right mr. Brent how’s it feeling back in the office for a full week big time guy who’s starting in the next Monday’s we’re getting him all set up that’s gonna help improve overall support so check out what’s inspiration for this event [Applause] alright so you just got done the page for the viral 100 so here it is right here video to invite you guys so we have a hundred videos when really it’s page now 200 times change the name but down here speakers launch party get every to RSVP that’s what’s happened now we go ahead to save ice and bubble soccer so we can prep and make sure that we can get enough balls down here to play an actual game so we said the world record so we can see if that’s actually possible these here are the guys riding the balls so we got Steve and Max these guys actually have contacts with people so 150 people right now I think that’s the most we’re gonna be able to do and holding Guinness is gonna go for that [Music] yes this is actually is a practice dry run with the bubbles to see if this is actually gonna work guys are they’re basically trying to measure out exactly a small enough space that is representative of what it’s gonna be like it’s rolling they have ten or twelve balls playing here and we got to see what’s gonna be like life time when we go to 150 feet alright so this is what if they look like when they’re flap Steve here is cranking these things up build kind of air in them [Music] all right so I told my kids about bubble soccer and some of the video this morning and now they’re going crazy so they’ve now been officially invited to the free bubble soccer and game so and home to go grab them and change out of my clothes I forgot the quadcopter I’m hoping it having battery life to fly it and capture some of this game it’s gonna be a lot of fun you guys excited to play [Music] Branden usually always ask to sit on the sidelines and never gets to play he’s just always documenting so we thought we’d actually let him get in and play a little here so we got a little competition against he and my son Parker Oh Brandon’s down in the first bounce really upset right now because I’m supposed to get 150 balls we’re playing ten here in this little tiny space which is a fifth of the size of what we’re gonna have and I’m supposed to get ten times as many balls in that and it’s just no way to start where I need a hundred and fifty people 75 on 75 that’s what we’ve told these influences we’re gonna have I’m nowhere near that ability to actually have that many people on a football field kind of hurt right now I told him 200 Brandon said 200 people I have 150 balls coming right now and I can’t even put a hundred 50 balls on or sitting there in the conference room everyone’s like oh no problem Dave look you got this little tiny space and all this space to play this has to work it has to work I have to get 150 people on Boise State Stadium field I’m half nigger I got to get a smaller balls or bigger feelings to happen and so if I had the exact same dimensions here times five that’ll be 60 my problem is I want to go I think I probably get 280 I’m alright I have 40 I wasn’t planning on doing before to use playing all right it’s been crazy so it’s one o’clock in the afternoon I have just worn four pairs of clothes today I worked out really hard one then I went to spoke and had the blue shirt we did a bubble ball which I had Schwartz a t-shirt and I was stinky and swetha so I showered and I didn’t want to put on my long sleeve dress t-shirt so outfit number four Mukul mr. crapped out of stuff today from let me four o’clock we had the 30-plus designers the best in the world in their design funnels like crazy which is awesome we have some quadcopter footage of the soccer’s so cool Stephens in there cloning and creating 200 pages for all of our influencers Dave’s trying to figure out if it’s even mathematically possible set against poor girls records they have all these rules didn’t know about like you have to be on regulation soccer sighs Phil just square football fields that’s kind of weird plus you got to play a full game no substitutions you follow all the rules of the gaming it’s actually really hard to get from perfect and after playing those balls as in the Frank a min and a half two minutes I was drenched we got to die so yeah it’s gonna be a little harder than that but me so much fun so in back the office check the designs on people design up on people I got speaking in for a few minutes and this year at this time and then are you back to work because we are trying to take over the world and what goes into that apparently thunk you thought I’d be a lot easier to take over the world but it turns out it was a pyramid a lot of what I promise right it’s happening here [Music] I just hope this guy’s like the funnel lab with you yet so I went and I funnel Hatton’s went to dribble and found this cool temple here it’s like oh pretty cool that’s a nice started building out and I build this page out for my squeeze page and over here if I’m out at the bridge page over here I built out then the ESL page like that very sweet what the sides all is happening my office later that evening we’re heading back they asking my dad here with me this is 10 o’clock and the hackathon is still going on no it’s 11 o’clock at night poor kid [Music] gamer’s been building for how long they did building for 15 hours and so we’re gonna go actually real quick with John they’re doing a billion times do you run a patient Colonia all day long and then putting videos and change the names [Music] great day Thursday almost midnight I think it all blurs together after life [Music] so design hack on day one huge success how many funnels were created today beeping Witcher guesstimate probably around 30 ish there good good designs though like this is not like a so we ever surprises it’s a good day we’re going to bed now he has a book today it was easier on me I’m gonna go to bed but we get traveling through the desert best remember no one rustles out of the office cat’s away I’ll see what these mice do today huh over favorite thing to do your size the boat and lake their theme definitely easy sometimes puddle hacking and photo building isn’t always as exciting as we make us be so right now I want to show you some of the exciting things they’re happening right here at quick photos HQ [Music] boys we’re leaving hotel we’re going on family [Music] what’s happening here Brett is throwing a little bread to rude Rosalie Gavin hmm we’re all covered in fresh during his plus 20 minutes the Baxter binders for my parents bought this old trailer how long ago that long time ago and it was the rash my dad was all excited my mom came up she started crying she hated it so bad they fixed up and then she loved it and they bought a second one and a third one and a fourth one and so then they went and spent a ton of money cleaning it all up long ago driver ever done a lot of things for safe driving not so much I’ve never worked killed us we made it daddy kills the game really does the best ever ever no one really nice the top dead dr. D all right [Music] russell’s out of the office Oh John’s actually working yeah good to see how’s everybody else miles are you actually working today not that play game right now not play game nothing new there everyone else is working hard cats away let’s see what these mice do today huh okay so understand sometimes puddle hacking and photo building isn’t always as exciting as we make it to be so right now I want to show you some of the exciting things they’re happening right here at quick photos HQ so Melanie what are you up to today oh my gosh email catching up from being out last week and then subtle hacking live is uh we’re starting to plan to that get our sponsorships together we can start selling that’s exciting stuff at work that’s the exciting stuff do you know what you got going mate lunch checklist stuff honestly sheckly fixing a lot of links this is the crappy part about it somebody goes go fix stuff so that’s what it’s a lot Sarah knife hours so we’re trying to figure out something that’s excited right now for you guys but the that what it is right [Music] couple weeks ago right before the July we’re trying to figure out a new name for a product we were looking at as far as all the cool crazy fun things that are happening here at ClickFunnels™ and so Russell came up with the idea as far as you know what if we came out with a new name or something like did you know where the did you know show or something in that area so been out busily trying to find and buy those domains did you know not going to happen they actually have a site and everything else but reached out to the did you know show.com owners started talking to them about possibly being able to buy it and went back and forth as far as negotiation they always think it’s worth a ton more but we basically came down and this is where we’re at we are now down to three thousand bucks or 750 bucks plus two percent of royalty well guaranteed you we’re not doing royalties so three thousand bucks it is and now we’ve got our domain the next thing obviously is a logo so Brett what’s going on we are just uh an employee handbook sometimes you just have to actually do the work this is where all the money gets spent drink a minute we swim in money Kyle and Clint what exciting things are happening here in the financial officers of quick bottles we just rolled out a brand new payroll plot it was a good day they were Saturday for a huge payroll platform or line that’s done we’re gonna get paid and we’re paying people Wow that actually is exciting so how much you’ll be out of Phillips $250,000 in a week that’s not bad for one week it’s like a million bucks a month oh yeah one point last month I put two million 1.2 million are being paid out to affiliates that’s pretty sweet you have four misty here Melanie is modeling the new click photo swag look at that that is really cool what this actually went out to all of our employees look at our model where’s the one way they wanted trailers so this is basically one two three four trailers my parents have nice grasp and campout of fun but all of our favorite thing to do your sights the boat and Wagner theme definitely [Music] all right so many other amazing super cool stuff that happened here is these bad boys they come in in a regular basis man this here’s our two comma Club plaques and miles the man basically gets order all these things how many up to right now we are up to over 122 we have and that’s including so we have about 12 on order right now they like days where they come in every week probably five or six 122 people have made over a million dollars in a funnel that’s crazy check out this wall we’re almost back miles we’re out of space you have to go a whole nother road out here a whole building just for the plaques so rate what’s going on look at it just cycling through all you want to do crazy stuff yeah and I’m loves it crazy stuff this is crazy so here we have our Facebook page right almost a quarter million like what it’ll do legit what I do yeah they’re padded like these some of the other ones you see I know YouTube integrated directly onto our page all the content you can subscribe to you what right there that is super super similarly you can to follow up on Instagram right there you go that is amazing right there that’s what a few bad actually is super super cool isn’t a super cool I’ve heard a few blacks and a little bit of ingenuity on up work can do for you like don’t be scared outdoors if you don’t know how to do it figure it out so we have Instagram Twitter and YouTube built into Facebook John’s actually working are man I turn the game off on Dave Aude so Jake handles all of our graphic stuff so let’s figure out what Jake’s doing today I’m working on our cookbook so it’s going to be a page-by-page how-to book on how to create any funnel that we provide football breaking it down from wireframes standpoint into an actual graphical standpoint to editing standpoint to a description standpoint and then from Russells point of view you go Jake usually has a lot more enthusiasm as I know what’s going on today of super touch nice to do this that’s a lot of stuff checking out to do movie or to like 10 o’clock tonight food ah now that’s what we like to see what you gotta go and leave I words Levi’s our writer man check out all these words he’s writing in writing words all the time Levi’s busting out copy for Russell so here we have our billing team busting it out Corbin what you got going on or billing support Kelsey’s basically running the show over here we call that excitement enthusiasm how we guys going on air all these how many guys how many tickets you guys you answer in a day uh average of 500 or so just for 500 billing tickets that’s a lot of tickets way to go guys working late is mark what you working on blood are you going through support stuff so mark runs all of our support is there head of support crushing it makes me just listen to ton of music and chill it out all night long yeah sounds good guess he’s outside on his bike chicken boxer Stephens supposed to have gone home catch them on that today check it up on boxer that’s right can’t let’s jump into this party so alright who we got first what’s is lens first hi Russell is Linda from Sydney Australia I manage path that specializes in constipation so yes I hope to unlock the and also the squatty potty ad and they kind of the same thing like people don’t like to talk about poop right and so it’s kind of a scary thing and so if you notice if you go to Harmon brothers calm first off they’re amazing watch all their videos especially the one they’re launching in like a month and a half from now because it might be ours um but go go and watch their stuff because for them to get people to share poop it had to be like a funny exciting interesting thing right as soon as you try to be too stuffy with our messages and because that it’s not shareable now we had on those of guys who are in the fill your funnel training we had adam lyons out here who is he is he does a lot of stuff actually but well he was here for rods with us he was he was basically teaching teaching us how to make viral videos and i could ask them some more question i’m like my videos people watch them they weren’t getting sharing like why not he said you have to think about the psychology people they’re sharing stuff right and for me my problem is similar to yours a little different but but similar like the answer is the same for both mine and four years so um with mice is like summer watches your video is like they don’t want to share because like building a business is their thing and sharing it and their friends you can do it it’s not cool for them like they want to do they want to keep that to themselves so they don’t share it he Adams in the pick up chicks Marquis same thing like you have a video had to pick up chicks people want to share that because then it’s like okay like I’m desperate I wanna pick up chicks look at it from different angles so what Adam did is he made a video that was really cool he it was a video he has a holden son three years old four years old three year old son who went and so we videotaped he taught his son like three or four pickup lines and took him and had him go pick up a three or four girls and videotape the whole thing and post it online it was like three year old pickup artist and the video I’m getting like 20 million views on Facebook hundreds of thousands and other places and it grew because it was a different angle because people want to share that right so if I always make videos and maybe I will be soon showing kids making funnels or puppy dogs or something different but it’s something that’s shareable it doesn’t take away from themselves if they share it right if somebody shares a funny squatty potty pooping commercial like and also you need to have a budget and have a puppet and stuff like that but is something that people will share it doesn’t necessarily reflect on them so something interesting funny exciting that’s shareable that that’s what I be looking to try to create so I don’t know the answer to that but that’s the that’s where you start thinking through exactly how would I do that what would it be on you know it’s something that the interesting people to share with they’re not necessarily saying like oh I have this problem you guys should also look into it – because you’re right that’s uncomfortable people to share but if you can figure out a way to create videos and content that that are interesting or drinking that people want to share and it’s not so much telling on them that they’re doing it right so that’s what yes are thinking through so every business is gonna be different hope you get a huge facebook falling like you so this is the key and probably the best even a better case say than me is if you had to have if you watched final hacker TV he watched the biohacking seeker story Anthony came and we kind of went this whole process Anthony made a whole film about it so you can watch it when anthing I’ve started I think it’s Facebook following at to people like his mom and me and the right K how do we grow it and right now you’re laters got like 60 something thousand people is completely grown and what people think it’s like there’s some magic trick but the real key is like is putting out really good content based ads that are self liquidating they’re profitable and my people sing your abs they will then start following you for example Anthony’s like we’ve never spent money to build his following I give you people to like and things like that what we did is I told two men to Anthony you need to have facebook live every single day and there’s a lot of reasons behind us but one the biggest ones is to help you find your voice and figure out like what people actually respond to so you do a Facebook live we put like five dollars or so it adds them behind it and just see like what would happen like people people like it they not like it and if they start taking off we would say cool we put a little more money behind it if it didn’t we just spend five or ten bucks than within and next day so Anton do another one and he did a video every single day probably for like how many months for a long time he’s still doing it I told me is not allowed to stop till he’s a billionaire so he’s our Facebook guys every single day and then we’d run ads to those and not every time in fact it’s not even like the majority of time I gotta say Wayne one in ten maybe 120 you get the right message that hits people the right way and it starts growing really really fast in fact I remember when Anthony was starting his I make the weirdest videos possible because the biohacking do so I’m like do with lights in your nose and lasers coming out of your ears and weird stuff like that and so huge in those lows never took off then he’s in this one I think is because he was lazy that day it was like how to buy hack your vegetables he’s like him and you had a vegetables in the pan he put like a stick of butter in it and he’s like this I by hack your vegetables and it was the first one that I took off and I’m getting like four or five hundred thousand views and shares and stuff like that and so we started putting more money behind it was working and it pushed them from the ad into a funnel so I actually made money on the ads for me to lose money but because all some 400,000 people saw that he got you know ten thousand people to follow and then the next Facebook live Bhan the next from bomb next one bomb next one hit again and then we got another 10,000 people to follow but it all came from us organically pushing content those push people to a funnel so for all of you guys you know the whole like give it an apple a day keeps the dentist away or doctor way whatever that thing is the same thing is true for your bid or a little Facebook following so your Facebook live a day and then spend five to ten bucks kind of pushing that Facebook lied out there and it wanted to take off then put a lot of money behind it and but make sure your profit like you say it’s not just a Facebook live for your health like it’s pushing to a funnel so Anthony’s do other biohacking secrets the biking seekers bio what’s the name of the fan page about my fan page so faceboo gonna come for Santa DiClemente which is really hard just google or go to biohack yeah anyway find it by asking page and watch the ends these videos and see it and you’ll see some got like four or five hundred views some have like a million plus views it’s because of that consistency in all of them there’s a format he like introduce themselves ask people to share it and then just video training and then the enemy pushes to his book it’s like a three to five minute video every single a like think there’s the model it’s done it’s it’s perfect so just model it and use it for your business and if you do that you do Facebook live they ever see they prevent for in a year I will promise you hopefully I think but if you do that you should have anywhere from fifty to a hundred thousand fans of the year if you’re consistent with it most of you’ll be system with so do it all right and that’s when we go to our fan page so what do we get now job what about quarter million DS we’re really – and 35,000 and this was a cool thing John sent me how many uh what was the stat on how many who have watched Facebook lies in our camp so far it was kind of cool million then 20 million views this year with yeah and then how to say like YouTube Church any hours that is I’ve watched time to show you yeah so on Facebook yeah – and so it’s like it’s like that much watch time plus a little bit a minute a minute did you put millions a minute so you’re asking no we’re like each person watches it like even anyway so like like when I do a video on Instagram and it shows me that video insights it’ll show me the in facebook same thing looks like you had 480 hours have been watched with the entity of this fall second video anyway I don’t know the answer yes and we don’t have big balls so whoo I was long
