again and again leads come in people enter name email phone number and they don’t respond or when the agent calls them which probably isn’t always the greatest job on their part but when the agent calls them you know they get like oh I’m just kind of looking around like because they don’t want to talk to a salesperson right so do you have any ideas besides email and retargeting stuff like that we’re already doing all the normal follow-up stuff any ideas on how to like warm those leads up so they’ll either answer the phone or have the conversation appreciate your help Thanks okay Joe first off you’re awesome okay great question and I’m going to totally still this one from Alex her MOSI who happens the air circles a month this year once again oh this month he is amazing so you know Alex yet you should everyone should just even though he’s teaching gyms how to launch is still worth like buying all stuff so um anyway so what alex is the gym owners and it’s brilliant and like he’s tested a bajillion things but what was the best way for them and they literally comes into a gym and in like a week and a half we’ll give them 300 customers like that and he’s got it over and he’s 107 success rate then it like 40 times last three months like hundred success rate no failing at all and what’s interesting what he does number-one thing is doing the lead comes in you have like this window and people think the windows like a day or like a few hours and it’s not the windows like three to five minutes and what he does lead comes in the first thing second to get it he makes a video on a cell phone like hey what’s up Julie you just submitted you just got your application for our weight loss challenge I’m so excited have you come in here I met the gym you’re gonna love it anyway I want to shoot a message real quick to say hi and I’m gonna call your little just really excited talk to you and then text the video off the phone to the person first thing gets a personalized video text and they’re like freaked out like I don’t know what to do no one’s ever done this I feel that’s more like three minutes ago and they just texted me a video of how excited they are and then we call them that i ka ya so you’re that dude that this that just video texted me like imagine just imagine what that would do as a client so and he has all these gym motors that every single one is just instantly the second the app comes in record a video send it out as fast you can personalize the video with their name they’re you know talking about them then second thing is just like when you get them on the phone so the problem goes self people right same thing like I talked about like if you walk into GNC the first thing they come hey can I help you have anything and you’re like good and it’s awkward and weird right most sales people do the same thing if you do the phone the first thing is like okay so uh you know and then going into a sales pitch it’s like it depends how much time how many leads you have but if it was me if I if I just text in the video the men next thing I do is I’ve jumped on Facebook or LinkedIn and looking really quick sphere who they are then I call them Updike hey really quick hope you got my video awesome okay I don’t wanted a lot of ton of your time so know you’re busy but I was actually a screws research for a college so I’m facing to get three kids and to play soccer I love soccer all this is so cool and first like oh yeah my kids do play soccer that’s kind of creepy er that’s kind of cool whatever right so now so you open the door and that’s like cool and I got your application and just and then now it’s just sliding right in right on thing if I walked into G and C the first time in the person was like hey Russell uh hey that’s a cool shirt you have on do you belong to a cult like no I own a cult he’s like what that’s awesome and then be like so as a cult as the cult leader like what kind of supplements would you like and I’m like oh well my favorite supplement is I’m looking for protein then like the conversation goes really really easy because initially we always have our dukes up right we do on results right we’re blocking it so we have to like penetrate through that quick as humanly possible and the fastest ways a video text message like totally as a pattern interrupt and number two is coming to the call armed with some information so that like you have something to talk about on to break their pattern because nobody does that everyone goes up the other way so that’s kind of the help amazing all right there
